Geometrical product specifications (GPS) - Surface texture: Areal - Part 71: Software measurement standards (ISO 25178-71:2012)

ISO 25178-71:2012 defines Type S1 and Type S2 software measurement standards (etalons) for verifying the software of measuring instruments. It also defines the file format of Type S1 software measurement standards for the calibration of instruments for the measurement of surface texture by the areal method as defined in the areal surface texture chain of standards, chain link 6.

Dieser Teil von ISO 25178 legt die Typen S1 und S2 der Software-Normale (Etalons) zur Verifikation der Software von Messinstrumenten fest. Er legt außerdem das Datenformat der Typ S1 Software-Normale zur Kalibrierung von Messgeräten zur flächenhaften Messung der Oberflächenbeschaffenheit fest, wie sie für das Kettenglied 6 der Normenkette über die Oberflächenbeschaffenheit definiert ist.
ANMERKUNG   In diesem Teil von ISO 25178 wird durchgehend der Begriff „Software-Lehre“ als Ersatz für den Begriff „Software-Normale vom Typ S1“ verwendet.

L'ISO 25178-71:2012 définit les étalons logiciels de Types S1 et S2 qui permettent de vérifier les logiciels des instruments de mesure. Elle définit également le format de fichier des étalons logiciels de Type S1 utilisés pour l'étalonnage des instruments de mesure d'état de surface, conformément à la méthode décrite dans le maillon 6 de la chaîne de normes sur l'état de surface surfacique.

Ta del standarda ISO 25178 določa standarde za merilno programsko opremo tipov S1 in S2 (etalon) za preverjanje programske opreme merilnih instrumentov. Določa tudi obliko zapisa datoteke standardov za merilno programsko opremo tipa S1 za kalibracijo instrumentov, ki se uporabljajo za merjenje teksture površine s ploskovno metodo, ki jo določa skupina standardov za ploskovno površinsko teksturo, člen verige 6.

This document (EN ISO 25178-71:2012) has been prepared by Technical Committee ISO/TC 213
"Dimensional and geometrical product specifications and verification" in collaboration with Technical
Committee CEN/TC 290 “Dimensional and geometrical product specification and verification” the secretariat of
which is held by AFNOR.
This European Standard shall be given the status of a national standard, either by publication of an identical
text or by endorsement, at the latest by June 2013, and conflicting national standards shall be withdrawn at
the latest by June 2013.
