Resilient floor coverings - Polyvinyl chloride floor coverings with particle based enhanced slip resistance - Specification

This European Standard specifies the characteristics of floor coverings with sustainable enhanced slip resistant characteristics under specified conditions based on polyvinyl chloride and modifications thereof, supplied in either tile or roll form.
To encourage the consumer to make an informed choice, this European Standard includes a classification system (see EN ISO 10874) based on intensity of use, which shows where resilient floor coverings should give satisfactory service.
In addition, this European Standard details the requirements for the information to be included on the packaging labels.
The slip measurements are made in a laboratory on ex-factory floor covering surfaces only. The method described is suitable for testing on wet surfaces.

Diese Europäische Norm legt die Eigenschaften von Bodenbelägen mit dauerhaft erhöhten Gleitwiderstands¬eigenschaften unter festgelegten Bedingungen auf der Basis von Polyvinylchlorid und dessen Modifikationen fest, die sowohl in Form von Platten als auch als Rollen geliefert werden.
Um den Verbraucher bei seiner Auswahl zu unterstützen, enthält diese Europäische Norm ein Klassifizierungs¬system (siehe EN ISO 10874) auf Basis der Nutzungsintensität, das zeigt, wo elastische Bodenbeläge einen zufriedenstellenden Nutzen bieten sollten.
Diese Europäische Norm legt zusätzlich die Anforderungen an die Informationen auf den Verpackungs-etiketten fest.
Die Gleitmessungen werden in einem Laboratorium nur auf Bodenbelagsoberflächen im Anlieferungs-zustand durchgeführt. Das beschriebene Verfahren ist für die Prüfung auf nassen Oberflächen geeignet.

Revêtements de sol résilients - Revêtements de sol en chlorure de polyvinyle à résistance accrue au glissement - Spécification

La présente Norme européenne spécifie les caractéristiques des revêtements de sol sous forme de dalles ou en rouleaux à base de chlorure de polyvinyle et ses dérivés, présentant des caractéristiques durables de résistance accrue au glissement dans des conditions d’utilisation spécifiées.
De façon à inciter le consommateur à faire son choix en connaissance de cause, la présente Norme européenne inclut un système de classification (voir l’EN ISO 10874) fondé sur l’intensité d’usage, qui montre les classes de revêtements de sol résilients et le niveau d’utilisation satisfaisant correspondant.
De plus, la présente Norme européenne précise les exigences relatives aux informations devant figurer sur les étiquettes d’emballage.
Les mesures de résistance au glissement sont effectuées dans un laboratoire sur des surfaces de revêtements de sol provenant de l’usine uniquement. La méthode décrite convient pour les essais sur surfaces mouillées.

Ta evropski standard določa značilnosti talnih oblog s trajnostno izboljšano odpornostjo proti drsenju pod določenimi pogoji, ki temeljijo na polivinilkloridu in njegovih spremenjenih zmeseh, dobavljenih v obliki plošč ali zvitkov. Za spodbujanje potrošnikov k sprejemanju utemeljenih odločitev ta evropski standard vsebuje sistem razvrščanja (glej EN 685) na podlagi intenzivnosti uporabe, ki kaže, kje bi se netekstilne talne obloge lahko zadovoljivo uporabljale. Poleg tega ta evropski standard podrobno opisuje zahteve za informacije, ki morajo biti prisotne na etiketah na embalaži. Meritve drsenja se izvedejo v laboratoriju samo na talnih oblogah, ki so dobavljene neposredno iz tovarne. Opisana metoda je primerna za preskušanje na vlažnih površinah.
