Plant biostimulants - Determination of Enterococcaceae

This methodology has been developed to determine enterococci in biostimulants as a single microorganism component or in a mixture with other microorganisms. This document is not applicable to mineral fertilizers that are defined as complementary feeding stuffs composed mainly of minerals and containing at least 40 % crude ash (Regulation (EC) No 767/2009) [3].

Dieses Verfahren wurde zur Bestimmung von Enterokokken in Biostimulanzien als einzelnen Mikroorganismus-Bestandteil oder in einem Gemisch mit anderen Mikroorganismen entwickelt. Dieses Dokument ist nicht anwendbar auf mineralische Düngemittel, die als Ergänzungsfuttermittel festgelegt sind, hauptsächlich aus Mineralstoffen zusammengesetzt sind und mindestens 40 % Rohasche enthalten (Verordnung (EG) 767/2009) [3].

Cette méthodologie a été développée pour déterminer les entérocoques dans les biostimulants en tant que composant unique d'un microorganisme ou dans un mélange avec d'autres microorganismes. Le présent document ne s’applique pas aux engrais minéraux utilisés comme des aliments complémentaires principalement composés de minéraux et contenant au moins 40 % de cendres brutes (Règlement (CE) N° 767/2009)) [3].

Ta metodologija je bila razvita za določanje enterokokov v biostimulantih kot posamezne komponente mikroorganizmov ali v mešanici z drugimi mikroorganizmi. Dokument se ne uporablja za mineralna gnojila, ki so opredeljena kot dopolnilna krmna mešanica, sestavljena predvsem iz mineralov, in vsebujejo najmanj 40 % surovega pepela (Direktiva Sveta 79/373/EGS) [3].

This Technical Specification (CEN/TS) was approved by CEN on 3 January 2022 for provisional application.

The period of validity of this CEN/TS is limited initially to three years. After two years the members of CEN will be requested to
submit their comments, particularly on the question whether the CEN/TS can be converted into a European Standard.

CEN members are required to announce the existence of this CEN/TS in the same way as for an EN and to make the CEN/TS
available promptly at national level in an appropriate form. It is permissible to keep conflicting national standards in force (in
parallel to the CEN/TS) until the final decision about the possible conversion of the CEN/TS into an EN is reached.
