Textile conveyor belts - Full thickness tensile testing - Part 1: Determination of tensile strength, elongation at break and elongation at the reference load (ISO 283-1:2000)

This Standard describes a method of test for determining the full thickness tensile strength, elongation at break and elongation at the reference load of conveyor belts having a textile construction. Methods are in development for tensile strenghts greater than 2500 N/mm. This standard is not suitable or valid f for light conveyor belts as described in EN 873.

Diese Norm legt ein Prüfverfahren zur Ermittlung der Bruchfestigkeit. Bruchdehnung bei Bezugskraft, von Textilfördergurten bei voller Gurtdicke fest. Verfahren zur Prüfung von Fördergurten mit einer Nenn- Bruchfestigkeit über 2500 N/mm sind in Vorbereitung. Diese Norm gilt nicht für leichte Fördergurte nach EN 873.

Courroies transporteuses à carcasse textile - Essai de traction en pleine épaisseur - Partie 1: Détermination de la résistance à la traction, de l'allongement à la rupture et de l'allongement sous charge de référence (ISO 283-1:2000)

La présente norme prescrit une méthode de détermination de la résistance et de l'allongement à la rupture par traction de courroies transporteuses à carcasse textile en pleine épaisseur. Des méthodes sont en cours d'étude pour des résistances par traction supérieures à 2500 N/mm. Elle n'est pas applicable ou valable pour les courroies transporteuses légères décrites dans l'EN 873 et elle est non appropriée aux courroies à carcasse métallique.
