Plastics piping systems for renovation of underground water supply networks - Part 4: Lining with cured-in-place pipes (ISO 11298-4:2021)

This document, in conjunction with ISO 11298‑1, specifies requirements and test methods for cured-in-place pipes and fittings used for the renovation of water supply networks, which transport water intended for human consumption, including raw water intake pipelines.
It applies to independent (fully structural, class A) and interactive (semi structural, class B) pressure pipe liners, as defined in ISO 11295, which do not rely on adhesion to the existing pipeline. It applies to the use of various thermosetting resin systems, in combination with compatible fibrous carrier materials, reinforcement, and other process-related plastics components (see 5.1).
It does not include requirements or test methods for resistance to cyclic loading or the pressure rating of CIPP liners where passing through bends, which are outside the scope of this document.
It is applicable to cured-in-place pipe lining systems intended to be used at a service temperature of up to 25 °C.
NOTE   For applications operating at service temperatures greater than 25 °C, guidance on re-rating factors can be supplied by the system supplier.

Dieses Dokument legt in Zusammenhang mit ISO 11298 1 Anforderungen und Prüfverfahren für vor Ort härtende Schlauch-Liner und Schlauch-Lining-Formstücke für die Renovierung von Wasserversorgungs¬netzen für die Durchleitung von Wasser für den menschlichen Gebrauch, einschließlich Rohwasser-Entnahmeleitungen, fest.
Es gilt für unabhängige (vollständig statisch belastbar, Klasse A) und interaktive (semi-statisch belastbar, Klasse B) Druckleitungs-Liner nach der Definition in ISO 11295, die nicht von der Verklebung mit der vorhandenen Rohrleitung abhängen. Es gilt für die Verwendung verschiedener härtender Harzsysteme (Duroplaste) in Kombination mit kompatiblen, faserigen Trägermaterialien, Verstärkung, und anderen zum Verfahren gehörenden Kunststoffelementen (siehe 5.1).
Es enthält keine Anforderungen oder Prüfverfahren zur Bestimmung des Widerstands gegen dynamische Einwirkungen oder die Druckfestigkeit von CIPP-Linern bei der Führung durch Bögen. Diese liegen außerhalb des Anwendungsbereiches dieses Dokuments.
Es gilt für vor Ort härtende Schlauch-Lining-Systeme für den Einsatz bei einer Betriebstemperatur von bis zu 25 °C.
ANMERKUNG   Für Anwendungen mit Betriebstemperaturen größer als 25 °C kann der Systemlieferant Hinweise zu Druckminderungsfaktoren geben.

Le présent document, conjointement avec l’ISO 11298‑1, spécifie les exigences et les méthodes d’essai pour les tubes et raccords polymérisés sur place utilisés pour la rénovation des réseaux d’alimentation en eau qui transportent de l’eau destiné à la consommation humaine, y compris les conduites de prise d'eau brute.
Il s’applique aux tubages autostructurants (entièrement structurants de classe A) et aux tubages non autostructurants (semi-structurants de classe B), tels que définis dans l’ISO 11295, qui ne nécessitent pas une adhérence à la canalisation existante. Il couvre l’utilisation de divers systèmes de résine thermodurcissable, en combinaison avec des matrices fibreuses compatibles, des renforts et d’autres composants plastiques liés aux procédés (voir 5.1).
Il ne comprend pas les exigences ou les méthodes d’essai pour la résistance aux charges cycliques ou la pression nominale des tubages CIPP lorsqu'ils passent par des coudes, qui sont en dehors du domaine d’application du présent document.
Il s’applique aux systèmes de tubage par tube polymérisé sur place destinés à être utilisés à une température de service allant jusqu’à 25 °C.
NOTE   Pour les applications fonctionnant à des températures de service supérieures à 25 °C, le fournisseur du système peut fournir des indications sur les facteurs de réévaluation.

"Plastics pipes, fittings and valves for the transport of fluids" in collaboration with Technical Committee
