This European Standard specifies the characteristics of hermetic receptacles with jam nut mounting in the family of circular, electrical connectors, with triple start threaded coupling.
It applies to models in Table 3.
For plugs and protective covers, see EN 3645-006, EN 3645-008, EN 3645-011 and EN 3645-012 respectively.
The contacts are unremovable and soldered termination.
These connectors are derived from and interchangeable with model Y in specification MIL-DTL-38999/23.

Diese Europäische Norm legt die Eigenschaften von hermetischen festen Steckverbindern mit Muttern-befestigung in der Familie der elektrischen Rundsteckverbinder mit dreigängiger Gewinde-Schnellkupplung fest.
Sie gilt für die in Tabelle 3 angegebenen Bauformen.
Hinsichtlich der freien Steckverbinder und Schutzkappen siehe EN 3645-006, EN 3645-008, EN 3645-011 und EN 3645-012.
Die Kontakte sind nicht lösbar und haben einen Lötanschluss.
Diese Steckverbinder wurden von der Bauform Y in der Spezifikation MIL-DTL-38999/23 abgeleitet und sind mit dieser austauschbar.

Elle s'applique aux modèles du Tableau 3.

Les contacts sont indémontables et à terminaison à souder.
Ces connecteurs sont dérivés et interchangeables avec le modèle Y de la spécification MIL-DTL-38999/23.
