This document gives requirements and recommendations for non-destructive testing (NDT) training organizations, with the intention of harmonizing and maintaining the general standard of training of NDT personnel for industrial needs.
It also establishes the minimum requirements for effective structured training of NDT personnel to ensure eligibility for qualification examinations leading to third-party certification according to recognized standards.
NOTE ISO/TS 25107 gives requirements and recommendations for NDT training syllabuses intended for training.

Dieses Dokument enthält Anforderungen und Empfehlungen für Schulungsstätten für Personal der zerstörungsfreien Prüfung (ZfP) mit dem Ziel, das allgemeine Niveau der Schulung von ZfP-Personal für industrielle Bedürfnisse zu harmonisieren und aufrechtzuerhalten.
Es legt auch die Mindestanforderungen für eine effektive und strukturierte Schulung von ZfP-Personal fest, um die Eignung für Qualifizierungsprüfungen sicherzustellen, die zur Zertifizierung durch Dritte nach anerkannten Normen führt.
ANMERKUNG ISO/TS 25107 enthält Anforderungen und Empfehlungen für die ZfP-Schulungssyllabies.

Le présent document fournit des exigences et des recommandations pour les organismes de formation aux essais non destructifs (END), dans l'intention d'harmoniser et de tenir à jour la norme générale relative à la formation du personnel END pour les besoins industriels.
Il établit également les exigences minimales pour une formation efficace et structurée du personnel END, afin de garantir l'éligibilité dudit personnel pour les examens de qualification conduisant à la certification par une tierce partie selon des normes reconnues.
NOTE L'ISO/TS 25107 fournit des exigences et des recommandations concernant les programmes de formation en END prévus pour la formation.

Ta dokument vsebuje zahteve in priporočila za organizacije, ki nudijo usposabljanje za neporušitvene preiskave (NDT), z namenom uskladitve in vzdrževanja splošnega standarda usposabljanja osebja za neporušitvene preiskave za potrebe v panogi.
Določa tudi minimalne zahteve za učinkovito strukturirano usposabljanje osebja za neporušitvene preiskave, s čimer se zagotovi upravičenost kvalifikacijskih izpitov za pridobitev certifikata, ki ga v skladu s priznanimi standardi organizirajo tretje osebe.
OPOMBA: Standard ISO/TS 25107 vsebuje zahteve in priporočila za program (učni načrt) usposabljanja osebja za neporušitvene preiskave.

This Technical Specification (CEN/TS) was approved by CEN on 20 October 2018 for provisional application.
The period of validity of this CEN/TS is limited initially to three years. After two years the members of CEN will be requested to
submit their comments, particularly on the question whether the CEN/TS can be converted into a European Standard.
CEN members are required to announce the existence of this CEN/TS in the same way as for an EN and to make the CEN/TS
available promptly at national level in an appropriate form. It is permissible to keep conflicting national standards in force (in
parallel to the CEN/TS) until the final decision about the possible conversion of the CEN/TS into an EN is reached.

Introduction
Since the effectiveness of non-destructive testing (NDT) personnel is dependent on the technical
knowledge acquired, a system to evaluate and document the appropriate theoretical and practical
knowledge competencies of personnel is required.
To harmonize and maintain training and certification of NDT personnel, this document for NDT training
organizations, together with NDT training syllabuses (ISO/TS 25107) have been developed with the
intent to serve those involved in training to achieve a uniform level of training, training material and
consequently competence of personnel.

1 Scope
