Machines for the manufacture of constructional products from concrete and calcium-silicate - Safety - Part 5-2: Pipe making machines manufacturing in the horizontal axis

This European Standard applies to machines for the manufacture of pipes in the horizontal axis and similar elements from concrete.
This European Standard deals with the hazards listed in clause 4 , when used as intended under the conditions foreseen by the manufacturer (see clause 4). This European Standard specifies the appropriate technical measures to eliminate or reduce risks arising from the significant hazards, except noise hazards.
NOTE   Amendment is under preparation to deal with noise, in particular for measures to reduce noise at source and a noise test code including noise declaration.
This standard establishes safety requirements and/or methods of protection which applies to these machines.
This European standard applies to the pipe making machines manufacturing in horizontal axis which may form an integral part of a pipe making process plant.

Maschinen für die Herstellung von Bauprodukten aus Beton und Kalksandsteinmassen - Sicherheit - Teil 5-2: Beton-Rohrmaschinen mit Fertigung in horizontaler Lage

1.1   Diese Europäische Norm gilt für Maschinen zur Fertigung von Rohren und ähnlichen Betonelementen in horizontaler Lage.
1.2   Diese Europäische Norm behandelt alle signifikanten Gefährdungen, Gefährdungssituationen und Gefähr-dungsereignisse (siehe Abschnitt 4), die auf diese Maschinen zutreffen, wenn sie bestimmungsgemäß und ent-sprechend den vorhersehbaren Bedingungen des Herstellers verwendet werden. Diese Europäische Norm spezifi-ziert die entsprechenden technischen Maßnahmen zur Beseitigung oder Verminderung der Risiken, die von diesen Gefährdungen ausgehen, außer Gefährdungen durch Lärm.
ANMERKUNG   Eine Änderung ist in Vorbereitung, die Lärm behandelt sowie insbesondere Maßnahmen zur Lärmminderung an der Quelle und ein Geräuschmessverfahren einschließlich der Angabe von Geräuschemissionswerten.
Diese Norm behandelt Sicherheitsanforderungen und/oder Schutzmaßnahmen, die für diese Maschinen gelten.
1.3   Diese Europäische Norm gilt für Beton-Rohrmaschinen mit Fertigung in horizontaler Lage, die als integraler Bestandteil einer Rohrherstellungsanlage dienen können.

Machines pour la fabrication de produits de construction en béton et silico-calcaire - Sécurité - Partie 5-2: Machines pour la fabrication de tuyaux dans l'axe horizontal

1.1   La présente Norme européenne s'applique aux machines utilisées pour la fabrication horizontale de tuyaux, trous d'homme et produits similaires en béton.
1.2   La présente Norme européenne traite les phénomènes dangereux significatifs relatifs à ces machines listés dans l'Article 4, lorsqu'elles sont utilisées normalement et dans les conditions prévues par le constructeur. Cette Norme européenne spécifie les mesures techniques appropriées permettant d'éliminer ou de réduire les risques dus aux phénomènes dangereux significatifs, à l'exception du bruit.
NOTE   Un amendement est en préparation pour traiter du bruit, en particulier les moyens de réduction du bruit à  la source et un code d'essai de bruit qui comprend la déclaration de bruit.
La présente norme spécifie les prescriptions de sécurité et/ou méthodes de protection qui s'appliquent à ces machines.
1.3   La présente Norme européenne s'applique aux machines de fabrication des tuyaux travaillant sur l'axe vertical qui peuvent former partie intégrante d'une installation de fabrication de tuyaux.
