EN ISO 7500-2:2006

Metallic materials - Verification of static uniaxial testing machines - Part 2: Tension creep testing machines - Verification of the applied force (ISO 7500-2:2006)

ISO 7500-2:2006 specifies the verification of testing machines used for uniaxial creep testing in tension in accordance with ISO 204.
The verification consists of
a general inspection of the testing machine, anda verification of the force applied by the testing machine.
ISO 7500-2:2006 applies to dead-weight machines, lever-type creep testing machines and direct-spring-loading machines.
Machines with a force-measuring system should be verified in accordance with ISO 7500-1.

Dieser Teil von ISO 7500 gilt für die Prüfung von Prüfmaschinen, die für Zeitstand-Zugversuche mit einachsiger Beanspruchung nach ISO 204 verwendet werden.
Die Prüfung besteht aus
   einer allgemeinen Inspektion der Prüfmaschine und
   einer Prüfung der durch die Prüfmaschine erzeugten Kraft.
Dieser Teil von ISO 7500 gilt für die Zeitstandprüfmaschinen mit direkter Gewichtsbelastung, für solche mit Hebelübersetzung und solche mit Federbelastungssystem.
Prüfmaschinen mit einem Kraftmesssystem ) sollten nach ISO 7500-1, Metallic materials Verification of static uniaxial testing machines Part 1: Tension/compression testing machines Verification and calibration of the force-measuring system, geprüft werden.

L'ISO 7500-2:2006 spécifie la vérification des machines d'essai utilisées pour l'essai de fluage uniaxial en traction conformément à l'ISO 204.
La vérification comporte:
une inspection générale de la machine d'essai, etune vérification de la force appliquée par la machine d'essai.
L'ISO 7500-2:2006 est applicable aux machines d'essai de fluage de type à poids morts, aux machines d'essai de fluage de type à bras de levier et aux machines à application directe de la force par un ressort.
Il convient que les machines ayant un système de mesure de force soient vérifiées conformément à l'ISO 7500-1.

This document (EN ISO 7500-2:2006) has been prepared by Technical Committee ISO/TC 164
"Mechanical testing of metals" in collaboration with Technical Committee ECISS/TC 1 "Steel -
Mechanical testing", the secretariat of which is held by AFNOR.

This European Standard shall be given the status of a national standard, either by publication of
an identical text or by endorsement, at the latest by June 2007, and conflicting national
standards shall be withdrawn at the latest by June 2007.

This document supersedes EN ISO 7500-2:1999.

According to the CEN/CENELEC Internal Regulations, the national standards organizations of
the following countries are bound to implement this European Standard: Austria, Belgium,
