This standard specifies the characteristics of protective covers for plugs in the family of circular electrical connectors coupled by threaded ring.
It applies to the class defined in Table 2.

Diese Norm legt die Eigenschaften von Schutzkappen für freie Steckverbinder in der Familie der elektrischen Rundsteckverbinder mit Schraubkupplung fest.
Sie gilt für die in Tabelle 2 festgelegte Klasse.
