This standard specifies the general tolerances of:

in aluminium alloys
for aerospace applications.
It applies:
-   to sections, standardized or defined by a drawing, the cross section of which, regular or irregular, can be inscribed in a circle of 250  mm

¾ Genormte oder in einer Zeichnung festgelegte Profile, deren Querschnitt gleichmäßig oder ungleich-mäßig in einen Kreis von 250 mm eingeschrieben werden kann (siehe Bild 1);
