Diese Internationale Norm legt ein Verfahren zur Bestimmung der Migrationsneigung von Farbstoffen und Pigmenten aus Leder in eine synthetische Unterlage fest. Der Farbübergang von Leder in das mit ihm in Kontakt stehende weiße plastifizierte Polyvinylchlorid wird bewertet. Dieses Verfahren ist für Leder jeder Art und in allen Verarbeitungßuständen geeignet.

La présente Norme internationale spécifie une méthode d'évaluation de la propension des colorants et des pigments à migrer du cuir dans un tissu synthétique, en déterminant le transfert de la coloration du cuir à un poly(chlorure de vinyle) plastifié blanc en contact avec celui-çi. La présente méthode est valable pour tous les types de cuir, à toutes les étapes de leur traitement.

Foreword
ISO (the International Organization for Standardization) is a worldwide
federation of national standards bodies (ISO member bodies). The work of
preparing International Standards is normally carried out through ISO
technical committees. Each member body interested in a subject for which
a technical committee has been established has the right to be represented
on that committee. International organizations, governmental and non-

Draft International Standards adopted by the technical committees are

International Standard ISO 15701 was prepared by the Fastness Tests
Commission of the International Union of Leather Technologists and
Chemists Societies (IUF Commission, IULTCS). It is based on IUF 442
published in J. Soc. Leather Tech. Chem., 56, pp. 395-400 (1972) with a
minor amendment in 65, p. 128 (1981), and declared an official method of
the IULTCS in 1973 and reconfirmed in 1989.

1 Scope
This International Standard specifies a method for assessing the propensity of dyes and
pigments to migrate from leather to a synthetic substrate by determining the transfer of colour
from the leather to white plasticized poly(vinyl chloride) in contact with it.
This method is suitable for leather of all kinds at any stage of processing.
