Plastic piping systems buried outside the building structure - Environmental product declarations - Product Category rules complementary to EN 15804
This document provides product category rules (PCR) for Type III environmental product declarations, as described in EN ISO 14025 and EN 15942, for plastic piping systems buried outside building structure and their main structural components, as specified by the list of product standards provided in Annex CC.
Main structural components are:
- pipes;
- fittings (e.g. flange couplers, bends and reducers, valves and electrofusion fittings);
- manholes and inspection chambers (where applicable, e.g. for drains and sewers).
This document encompasses both pressure and non-pressure applications.
The intended function of the system considered is to convey fluids according to EN 476 (for sewers, drain and surface water); EN 805 (water supply), or EN 12007 (gas supply).
In case there is no application standard available, this document can also be used for other plastics piping systems such as cable conduits and surface water piping systems. This document specifies the rules for the product category of construction products as defined in and is intended to be used in conjunction with EN 15804+A2.
In addition to EN 15804+A2, this document specifies:
- the functional unit (consisting of pipes, fittings, manholes and inspection chambers and ancillary components) and declared unit (consisting of pipes and/or fittings and/or manholes and /or inspection chambers);
- the system boundaries and additional mandatory modules to be declared;
- the processes to be included in the installation phase;
- scenarios for module A4, A5;
- use conditions for the use phase (B modules);
- reference service life (RSL);
- end of life scenarios.

Dieses Dokument enthält Produktkategorieregeln (PCR, en: product category rules) für Typ-III-Umweltproduktdeklarationen, wie in EN ISO 14025 und EN 15942 beschrieben, für außerhalb der Gebäudestruktur erdverlegte Kunststoff-Rohrleitungssysteme und wesentliche strukturelle Bauteile, wie in der Liste der Produktnormen in Anhang C festgelegt.
Die wesentlichen strukturellen Bauteile sind:
- Rohre;
- Formstücke (z. B. Flanschkupplungen, Bögen und Reduzierstücke, Ventile und Elektroschweißformteile);
- Einsteigschächte und Kontrollschächte (wo zutreffend, z. B. für Abwasserleitungen und Abwasserkanäle).
Dieses Dokument umfasst sowohl Druck- als auch drucklose Anwendungen.
Die vorgesehene Funktion des betrachteten Systems ist der Transport von Flüssigkeiten nach EN 476 (für Abwasserkanäle, Abflüsse und Oberflächenwasser); EN 805 (Wasserversorgung) oder EN 12007 (Gasversorgung).
Wenn keine Anwendungsnorm verfügbar ist, kann dieses Dokument auch für andere Kunststoff-Rohrleitungssysteme, wie z. B. Kabelschutzrohre und Oberflächenwasser-Rohrleitungssysteme, verwendet werden. Dieses Dokument legt die Regeln für die Produktkategorie Bauprodukte fest, wie in EN 15804+A2 festgelegt, und ist für die Anwendung in Verbindung mit EN 15804+A2 vorgesehen.
Wie auch EN 15804+A2 legt dieses Dokument Folgendes fest:
- die funktionale Einheit (bestehend aus Rohren, Formstücken, Einsteigschächten und Kontrollschächten sowie zusätzliche Einheiten) und die deklarierte Einheit (bestehend aus Rohren und/oder Formstücken und/oder Einsteigschächten und/oder Kontrollschächten);
- die Systemgrenzen und die zusätzlich zu deklarierenden Pflichtmodule;
- die in die Verlegungsphase einzubeziehenden Prozesse;
- Szenarien für Module A4, A5;
- Verlegungsbedingungen für die Nutzungsphase (B-Module);
- die Referenz-Nutzungsdauer (RSL, en: reference service life);
- Szenarien für die Entsorgung.
Systèmes de canalisations en plastique enterrés à l’extérieur de la structure du bâtiment - Déclarations environnementales des produits - Règles régissant les catégories de produits complémentaires de l’EN 15804
Le présent document fournit les règles régissant les catégories de produits (RCP) pour les Déclarations environnementales de produits de Type III, telles que décrites dans l’EN ISO 14025 et l’EN 15942, pour les systèmes de canalisations en plastique enterrés à l’extérieur de la structure du bâtiment et leurs principaux composants structurels, tels que spécifiés dans la liste des normes de produits fournie dans l’Annexe C.
Les principaux composants structurels sont les suivants :
- tubes ;
- raccords (par exemple manchons pour brides, courbes et réductions, robinets et raccords électrosoudables) ;
- regards et boîtes d’inspection et de branchement (le cas échéant, par exemple pour les branchements et les collecteurs d’assainissement).
Le présent document inclut à la fois les applications avec et sans pression.
La fonction prévue du système considéré est de transporter des fluides conformément à l’EN 476 (pour les collecteurs d’assainissement, branchements et eaux de surface), à l’EN 805 (alimentation en eau) ou à l’EN 12007 (alimentation en gaz).
Dans le cas où il n’existe pas de norme d’application, le présent document peut également être utilisé pour d’autres systèmes de canalisations en plastique, tels que les conduites de câbles et les systèmes de canalisations d’eaux de surface. Le présent document spécifie les règles régissant les catégories de produits des produits de construction définies dans l’EN 15804+A2 et est destiné à être utilisé en association avec cette norme.
En plus de l’EN 15804+A2, le présent document spécifie :
- l’unité fonctionnelle (constituée de tubes, raccords, regards, boîtes d’inspection et de branchement et composants auxiliaires) et l’unité déclarée (constituée de tubes et/ou raccords et/ou regards et/ou boîtes d’inspection et de branchement) ;
- les frontières du système et les modules obligatoires additionnels à déclarer ;
- les processus à inclure dans la phase d’installation ;
- les scénarios pour les modules A4, A5 ;
- les conditions d’utilisation pour la phase d’utilisation (modules B) ;
- la durée de vie de référence (DVR) ;
- les scénarios de fin de vie.
