Gas cylinders - Seamless, welded and composite cylinders for compressed and liquefied gases (excluding acetylene) - Inspection at time of filling (ISO 24431:2016)

ISO 24431:2016 specifies the inspection requirements at the time of filling, and applies to seamless or welded transportable gas cylinders made of steel or aluminium-alloy (Type 1), and for composite transportable gas cylinders (Types 2 to 5 inclusive) for liquefied or compressed gases of a water capacity up to 150 l. It may be applicable to cylinders and tubes with a water capacity between 150 l and 450 l, provided they are inspected and filled as individual cylinders and tubes.
ISO 24431:2016 does not apply to acetylene cylinders, bundles of cylinders, tubes, multiple-element gas container (MEGCs) or battery vehicles.
ISO 24431:2016 may also be applicable to LPG. For specific LPG applications, refer to ISO 10691.
For cylinders manifolded in bundles, refer to ISO 11755.

Gasflaschen - Nahtlose, geschweißte und Composite-Flaschen für verdichtete und verflüssigte Gase (ausgenommen Acetylen) - Inspektion zum Zeitpunkt des Füllens (ISO 24431:2016)

Diese Internationale Norm legt die Inspektionsanforderungen zum Zeitpunkt des Füllens fest und gilt für nahtlose oder geschweißte ortsbewegliche Gasflaschen aus Stahl oder einer Aluminiumlegierung (Typ 1) und für ortsbewegliche Gasflaschen aus Verbundwerkstoff (Composite) (Typen 2 bis einschließlich 5) für verflüssigte oder verdichtete Gase mit einer Wasserkapazität bis zu 150 l. Sie darf auf Gasflaschen und Großflaschen mit einer Wasserkapazität zwischen 150 l und 450 l angewendet werden, wenn sie als einzelne Gasflaschen und Großflaschen untersucht und befüllt werden.
Diese Internationale Norm gilt nicht für Acetylenflaschen, für Flaschenbündel oder Großflaschen, Gascontainer mit mehreren Elementen (MEGC, en: multiple-element gas container) oder Batteriefahrzeuge.
Diese Internationale Norm ist auch auf Flüssiggas (LPG, en: Liquefied Petroleum Gas) anwendbar. Für besondere Flüssiggasanwendungen, siehe ISO 10691.

ISO 24431:2016 spécifie les exigences de contrôle au moment du remplissage, et s'applique aux bouteilles à gaz transportables, soudées ou sans soudure, en acier ou en alliage d'aluminium (type 1), et aux bouteilles composites transportables (types 2 à 5 inclus) à gaz comprimés ou liquéfiés d'une contenance en eau maximale de 150 l. Elle est applicable aux bouteilles et tubes dont la contenance en eau est comprise entre 150 l et 450 l, à condition qu'ils soient contrôlés et remplis individuellement.
ISO 24431:2016 ne s'applique pas aux bouteilles d'acétylène, aux cadres de bouteilles, aux tubes, aux conteneurs à gaz à éléments multiples (CGEM) ou aux véhicules-batteries.
ISO 24431:2016 est également applicable au GPL. Pour les applications GPL, se reporter à l'ISO 10691.

Ta mednarodni standard določa zahteve za kontrolo v času polnjenja in se uporablja za premične plinske jeklenke iz celega materiala ali premične varjene plinske jeklenke iz jekla ali aluminijeve zlitine (tip 1) ter za premične plinske jeklenke iz kompozitnih materialov (tip 2 do vključno 5) za utekočinjene ali stisnjene pline s prostornine vode do 150 l. Uporablja se lahko za jeklenke in cevi s prostornino vode med 150 in 450 l, če so pregledane in se polnijo individualno.
