Fasteners - Acceptance inspection (ISO 3269:2019)
This document specifies an inspection procedure to be used by the purchaser where no prior agreement exists.
It also specifies a reference acceptance procedure for acceptance or rejection of an inspection lot, when no agreement can be reached between the purchaser and the supplier, or where conformance to specification is disputed.
It applies to inspection lots of bolts, screws, studs, nuts, pins, washers, rivets and other related fasteners.
This document applies to fasteners not intended for high volume machine assembly, special-purpose applications or specially engineered applications requiring more advanced in-process control and lot traceability.
For in-process control or final inspection by the manufacture and sorting, see ISO 16426.

Dieses Dokument legt ein Prüfverfahren fest, das vom Käufer anzuwenden ist, wenn keine vorherige Ver-einbarung vorliegt.
Es legt außerdem auch ein Schieds Annahmeverfahren für die Annahme oder Rückweisung eines Prüfloses fest, wenn keine Vereinbarung zwischen dem Käufer und dem Lieferanten erzielt werden kann, oder wenn die Übereinstimmung mit der Spezifikation angezweifelt wird.
Es gilt für Prüflose von Schrauben, Bolzen, Muttern, Stiften, Scheiben, Nieten und weiteren ähnlichen Ver-bindungselementen.
Dieses Dokument gilt für Verbindungselemente, die nicht für den Zusammenbau von Hochleistungs-maschinen, Anwendungen für besondere Zwecke oder speziell entwickelte Anwendungen vorgesehen sind, die eine weitergehende Prozessüberwachung und Rückverfolgbarkeit der Lose erfordern.

Le présent document spécifie une procédure de contrôle à appliquer par le client si aucun accord préalable n'a été conclu.
Il spécifie également une procédure de réception de référence pour l'acceptation ou le rejet d'un lot de contrôle lorsqu'aucun accord n'a pu être conclu entre le client et le fournisseur, ou lorsque la conformité à la spécification fait l'objet d'un litige.
Il s'applique aux lots de réception de boulons, vis, goujons, écrous, goupilles, rondelles, rivets et autres fixations associées.
Le présent document s'applique aux fixations non destinées aux machines d'assemblage à gros débit, à des applications spéciales, ou à des applications particulières nécessitant un contrôle en cours de fabrication plus poussé et une traçabilité des lots.
Pour le contrôle en cours de fabrication, le contrôle final par le fabricant ou le contrôle par tri, voir l'ISO 16426.

Ta dokument določa postopek prevzemne kontrole, ki ga lahko uporabi kupec, če predhodnega dogovora ni. Prav tako določa referenčni postopek za prevzem ali zavrnitev kontrolne serije, kadar med kupcem in dobaviteljem ni mogoče doseči dogovora ali če je skladnost s specifikacijami sporna. Velja za kontrolne serije sornikov, vijakov, zatičev, matic, moznikov, podložk, zakovic in drugih povezanih veznih elementov. Dokument se uporablja za vezne elemente, ki niso namenjeni za montažo strojev masovne proizvodnje, posebne namene ali posebne vrste uporabe, pri katerih se zahteva naprednejša kontrola postopka in sledljivost serije. Za kontrolo med postopkom ali končno kontrolo v proizvodnji in sortiranje glej ISO 16426.

This document (EN ISO 3269:2019) has been prepared by Technical Committee ISO/TC 2 "Fasteners" in
collaboration with Technical Committee CEN/TC 185 “Fasteners” the secretariat of which is held by BSI.
This European Standard shall be given the status of a national standard, either by publication of an
identical text or by endorsement, at the latest by March 2020, and conflicting national standards shall
be withdrawn at the latest by March 2020.
Attention is drawn to the possibility that some of the elements of this document may be the subject of
patent rights. CEN shall not be held responsible for identifying any or all such patent rights.
This document supersedes EN ISO 3269:2000.
