Child care articles - Wheeled child conveyances - Safety requirements and test methods
This European Standard specifies the safety requirements and test methods for wheeled child conveyances, designed for the carriage of one or more children, up to 15 kg each and additional 20 kg on any integrated platform on which a child can stand.
This European Standard does not cover toys, shopping trolleys; baby carriers fitted with wheels; wheeled child conveyances propelled by a motor and wheeled child conveyances designed for children with special needs.
Where additional products are designed to be attached to a wheeled child conveyance, a hazard and risk analysis should be undertaken to identify any potential hazards.
Where a wheeled child conveyance or any part of the wheeled child conveyance has several functions or can be converted into another function it shall comply with the relevant standard.

Diese Europäische Norm legt die sicherheitstechnischen Anforderungen an und die Prüfverfahren für Transportmittel auf Rädern für Kinder fest, die für die Beförderung eines Kindes oder mehrerer Kinder bis jeweils 15 kg und für zusätzliche 20 kg auf einer Plattform, auf der ein Kind stehen kann, vorgesehen sind.
Diese Europäische Norm gilt nicht für Spielzeugkinderwagen, Einkaufswagen, Babytragehilfen mit Rädern, motorbetriebene Transportmittel auf Rädern für Kinder und Transportmittel auf Rädern für Kinder, die für Kinder mit besonderen Bedürfnissen hergestellt sind.
Wenn zusätzliche Produkte dafür ausgelegt sind, sie an einem Transportmittel auf Rädern für Kinder anzubringen, sollten diese einer Gefährdungs- und Risikoanalyse unterzogen werden, um eventuelle Gefährdungen zu ermitteln.
Wenn ein Transportmittel auf Rädern für Kinder oder ein beliebiges Teil davon mehrere Funktionen besitzt oder zum Zweck einer anderen Funktion umgebaut werden kann, muss es die Anforderungen der jeweiligen Normen erfüllen.

La présente Norme européenne spécifie les exigences de sécurité et les méthodes d’essai relatives aux voitures d’enfant destinées au transport d’un ou plusieurs enfants, pesant jusqu’à 15 kg chacun, et de 20 kg supplémentaires sur toute plate-forme intégrée sur laquelle un enfant peut se tenir debout.
La présente Norme européenne ne concerne ni les jouets, ni les chariots, ni les porte-enfants munis de roues, ni les voitures d’enfant propulsées par un moteur, ni les voitures destinées aux enfants ayant des besoins spécifiques.
Lorsque des produits supplémentaires sont conçus pour être attachés à une voiture d’enfant, il convient de réaliser une analyse des risques et des dangers afin d’identifier tout phénomène dangereux potentiel.
Lorsqu’une voiture d’enfant ou toute partie de cette voiture possède plusieurs fonctions ou peut être convertie en une autre fonction, elle doit être conforme aux normes pertinentes.

Ta evropski standard določa varnostne zahteve in preskusne metode za otroške vozičke, namenjene prevozu enega ali več otrok, ki tehtajo do 15 kg, pri čemer lahko na morebitno pritrjeno ploščad stopi otrok, ki tehta do 20 kg. Ta evropski standard ne zajema igrač, nakupovalnih vozičkov, opreme za nošenje otroka, opremljene s kolesi, otroških vozičkov, ki jih poganja motor, in vozičkov, namenjenih otrokom s posebnimi potrebami. Kadar obstajajo dodatni izdelki, ki se pritrdijo na otroški voziček, naj bi se izvedla analiza nevarnosti in tveganj, da se opredelijo vse morebitne nevarnosti. Kadar ima otroški voziček ali kateri koli del otroškega vozička več funkcij ali ga je mogoče spremeniti v drugo funkcijo, mora biti skladen z ustreznim standardom.
