Copper and copper alloys - Copper drawing stock (wire rod)

This European Standard specifies the composition, mechanical, electrical and physical properties for high conductivity copper drawing stock (wire rod) suitable for fabrication into wire by cold drawing, principally for the manufacture of electrical conductors. This European Standard covers drawing stock (wire rod), in nine grades of copper and nine silver-bearing copper grades. Normally, the cross-section is approximately circular, in a range of diameters from 6 mm.

Diese Europäische Norm legt die Zusammensetzung, die mechanischen, elektrischen und physikalischen Eigenschaften von hochleitfähigem Vordraht aus Kupfer fest. Der Vordraht wird verwendet zum Drahtziehen, hauptsächlich zur Herstellung von elektrischen Leitern. Diese Europäische Norm umfasst Vordraht aus neun Kupfersorten und neun silberhaltigen Kupfersorten. Der Querschnitt ist in der Regel ungefähr rund mit Durchmessern ab 6 mm.

La présente norme européenne spécifie la composition ainsi que les propriétés mécaniques, électriques et
physiques du fil machine en cuivre à haute conductivité destiné à la fabrication du fil étiré à froid,
principalement pour la fabrication des conducteurs électriques. La norme européenne s'applique au fil
machine dans neuf nuances de cuivre et neuf cuivres à l'argent. Normalement, la section droite est
approximativement ronde, dans la plage des diamètres situés au-dessus de 6 mm.

Ta evropski standard določa sestavine, mehanične, električne in fizične značilnosti visokoprevodnih polizdelkov za bakreno žico, primernih za izdelavo žice s postopkom hladnega vlečenja, ki se uporabljajo predvsem za izdelavo električnih vodnikov. Ta evropski standard zajema polizdelke za bakreno žico v devetih razredih bakra in devetih razredih bakra s srebrom. Običajno je prerez približno okrogle oblike s premerom od 6 mm.
