Windows and doors - Product standard, performance characteristics - Part 2: Internal pedestrian doorsets without resistance to fire and/or smoke leakage characteristics
This European Standard identifies material independent performance characteristics that are applicable to internal pedestrian doorsets.
This document applies to:
- Manually internal pedestrian doorsets and screens with flush or panelled leaves, complete with:
- related hardware,
- integral fanlights, if any,
- adjacent parts that are contained within a single frame for inclusion in a single aperture, if any.
The products covered by this document are not assessed for structural applications.
This document does not apply to:
- Internal pedestrian doorsets subject to regulations on smoke leakage and resistance to fire according to prEN 14351-3 but individual characteristics and performance requirements given in clause 4 can be relevant for these internal doors (see prEN 14351-3);
- industrial, commercial and garage doors and gates according to EN 13241-1 and prEN 13241-2;
- external pedestrian doorsets according to EN 14351-1;
- revolving internal pedestrian doorsets,
- door leaves placed on the market separately.

Die vorliegende Europäische Norm benennt werkstoffunabhängige Leistungsmerkmale, die auf Innentüren zutreffen.
Das vorliegende Dokument gilt für:
- handbetätigte Innentüren und Vorsatztüren mit glatten oder getäfelten Flügeln;
- zugehörige Beschläge;
- eingebaute Oberlichter, falls vorhanden;
- anliegende Teile, die in einen einzelnen Rahmen zum Einbau in eine einzelne Öffnung eingebunden sind, wenn vorhanden;
Die von dieser Europäischen Norm berücksichtigten Produkte werden hinsichtlich ihrer Anwendung nicht als tragende Bauteile beurteilt.
Die vorliegende Europäische Norm gilt nicht für:
- Innentüren, die Bestimmungen zur Rauchdichtheit und zum Feuerwiderstand nach prEN 14351-3 unter-liegen, jedoch können einzelne der in Abschnitt 4 angegebenen Eigenschaften und Leistungsanforde-rungen für diese Innentüren maßgeblich sein (siehe prEN 14351-3);
- Industrie-, Handels- und Garagentüren und Tore nach EN 13241-1 und prEN 13241-2;
- Außentüren nach EN 14351-1;
- Innendrehtüren;
- im Handel einzeln erhältliche Türblätter.

La présente Norme européenne détermine les caractéristiques de performance, indépendantes des
matériaux, qui sont applicables aux blocs portes intérieurs pour piétons.
Le présent document s'applique aux :
- blocs portes intérieurs manuels pour piétons et ensembles composés avec vantaux plans ou menuisés,
complétés :
- de la quincaillerie associée ;
- d'impostes, si elles existent ;
- de parties adjacentes qui sont intégrées dans un châssis individuel afin d'être installées dans une
seule ouverture, si elles existent.
Les produits couverts par le présent document ne sont pas destinés à des applications structurelles.
Le présent document ne s'applique pas aux :
- blocs portes intérieurs pour piétons soumis à des réglementations concernant le dégagement de fumée
et la résistance au feu qui relèvent du prEN 14351-3, mais des caractéristiques individuelles et des
exigences de performance données à l'Article 4 peuvent être adaptées à ces portes intérieures (voir
prEN 14351-3) ;
- portes industrielles, commerciales et de garages qui relèvent de l'EN 13241-1 et du prEN 13241-2 ;
- blocs portes extérieurs pour piétons qui relèvent de l'EN 14351-1 ;
- blocs portes intérieurs à tambour pour piétons ;
- vantaux de portes commercialisés séparément.
