Geotechnical investigation and testing - Testing of geotechnical structures - Part 5: Testing of anchorages (ISO/DIS 22477-5:2009)
This Standard establishes specifications for the execution of tension load tests where an anchor grouted in the ground, as defined in EN 1997-1, is loaded by step (method 3) or in incremental cycles (methods 1 and 2) from a datum load to a maximum test load. The displacement of the anchor head is measured over a period of time at each step (method 3) or at maximum load in each incremental cycle (method 1). The loss of load is measured over a period of time, at maximum load after lock off, in each incremental cycle (method 2).
This standard provides specifications for three types of tension tests: investigation tests, suitability tests and acceptance tests.

(1) Diese Norm stellt Spezifikationen für die Ausführung von Zugversuchen zur Verfügung, bei denen ein
Verpressanker, wie in EN 1997-1 definiert, schrittweise (Prüfverfahren 3) oder in schrittweise gesteigerten
Zyklen (Prüfverfahren 1 und 2) von einer Vorbelastung bis zu einer maximalen Prüflast gespannt wird. Die
Ankerkopfverschiebung wird über eine bestimmte Zeitdauer bei jeder Laststufe unter konstanter Last
(Prüfverfahren 3), oder bei maximaler Last in jedem Spannzyklus (Prüfverfahren 1) aufgezeichnet. Der
Kraftabfall am Ankerkopf wird während der Beobachtungszeit sowohl bei der Festlegekraft als auch bei der
Festlegekraft eines jeden Spannzyklus gemessen (Methode 2).
(2) Diese Norm nennt Einzelheiten für drei Arten von Prüfungen: Untersuchungsprüfung, Eignungsprüfung
und Abnahmeprüfung. Die Prüfungen sind in EN 1997-1 definiert als:
Prüfungen zur Ermittlung des Herausziehwiderstands (Untersuchungsprüfungen),
ANMERKUNG 1 Mit diesem Versuch können auch weitere Kenngrößen wie z. B. die kritische Kriechkraft festgestellt
werden.
Belastungsprüfungen zur Bestätigung der Eignung einer gegebenen Ankerkonstruktion für gegebene
Baubedingungen (Eignungsprüfungen),
ANMERKUNG 2 In der Regel wird dieser Versuch mit gleich großen Prüfkräften wie bei der Abnahmeprüfung an
Bauwerksankern durchgeführt. Werden höhere Prüfkräfte verwendet, ist der Versuch wie eine Untersuchungsprüfung zu
betrachten und die Versuchsanker können nicht als Bauwerksanker verwendet werden.
Belastungsprüfungen an jedem Anker mit denen überprüft wird, ob jeder Anker mindestens die
Bemessungskraft tragen kann (Abnahmeprüfungen).
(3) Innerhalb eines Projektes darf nur ein Prüfverfahren verwendet werden. Das Prüfverfahren muss in der
Projektbeschreibung verbindlich festgelegt werden.
