Thermal performance of buildings - Transmission and ventilation heat transfer coefficients - Calculation method (ISO 13789:2017)

ISO 13789:2017 specifies a method and provides conventions for the calculation of the steady‐state transmission and ventilation heat transfer coefficients of whole buildings and parts of buildings. It is applicable both to heat loss (internal temperature higher than external temperature) and to heat gain (internal temperature lower than external temperature). For the purpose of ISO 13789:2017, the heated or cooled space is assumed to be at uniform temperature.
Annex C provides a steady‐state method to calculate the temperature in unconditioned spaces adjacent to conditioned spaces.
NOTE   Table 1 in the Introduction shows the relative position of ISO 13789:2017 within the set of EPB standards in the context of the modular structure as set out in ISO 52000-1.

Wärmetechnisches Verhalten von Gebäuden - Transmissions- und Lüftungswärmetransferkoeffizient - Berechnungsverfahren (ISO 13789:2017)

Dieses Dokument legt ein Verfahren zur Berechnung des stationären Transmissions- und des stationären Lüftungswärmetransferkoeffizienten von vollständigen Gebäuden und Gebäudeteilen fest und liefert die entsprechenden Vereinbarungen. Es gilt sowohl für den Wärmeverlust (Innentemperatur höher als Außentemperatur) als auch für den Wärmegewinn (Innentemperatur geringer als Außentemperatur). Für die Anwendung dieses Dokuments wird für den beheizten oder gekühlten Raum eine einheitliche Temperatur angenommen.
Anhang C legt ein stationäres Verfahren zur Berechnung der Temperatur in nicht konditionierten Räumen, die an konditionierte Räume angrenzen, fest.
ANMERKUNG Tabelle 1 in der Einleitung zeigt die relative Einordnung dieses Dokuments innerhalb des EPB-Normenpakets im Kontext der in ISO 52000-1 dargelegten modularen Struktur.

L'ISO 13789:2017 établit une méthode et des conventions pour le calcul des coefficients de transfert thermique par transmission et par renouvellement d'air, en régime stationnaire, pour des bâtiments complets ou des parties de bâtiments. Il s'applique aux déperditions thermiques (température intérieure supérieure à la température extérieure) comme aux gains thermiques (température intérieure inférieure à la température extérieure). Pour les besoins de l'ISO 13789:2017, la température de l'espace chauffé ou refroidi est supposée uniforme.
L'Annexe C donne une méthode de calcul de la température, en régime stationnaire, dans des espaces non conditionnés adjacents à des espaces conditionnés.
NOTE       Le Tableau 1 de l'Introduction indique la position relative de l'ISO 13789:2017dans la série de normes PEB dans le contexte de la structure modulaire définie dans l'ISO 52000‑1.

Ta dokument določa metodo in vključuje dogovore za izračun toplotnih koeficientov pri ustaljenem prenosu toplote in prezračevanju v celotnih stavbah ter njihovih delih. Uporablja se tako za toplotne izgube (notranja temperatura je višja od zunanje) kot toplotne dobičke (notranja temperatura je nižja od zunanje). Za namene tega dokumenta se predvideva, da je temperatura ogrevanega ali hlajenega prostora enaka.
V dodatku C je podana ustaljena metoda za izračun temperature v toplotno nereguliranih prostorih poleg toplotno reguliranih prostorov.
OPOMBA: Preglednica 1 v uvodu prikazuje relativno mesto tega dokumenta znotraj skupine standardov EPB v kontekstu modularne strukture, kot je opredeljeno v standardu ISO 52000-1.

This document (EN ISO 13789:2017) has been prepared by Technical Committee ISO/TC 163 "Thermal
performance and energy use in the built environment" in collaboration with Technical Committee
CEN/TC 89 “Thermal performance of buildings and building components” the secretariat of which is
held by SIS.
This European Standard shall be given the status of a national standard, either by publication of an
identical text or by endorsement, at the latest by January 2018 and conflicting national standards shall
be withdrawn at the latest by January 2018.
