Ta točka 1. dela se uporablja: Dodatek: Ta standard velja za rezalnike, opremljene z – vezano ojačano ploščo tipa 41 ali 42 ali – eno ali več diamantnimi brusilnimi ploščami s perifernimi vrzelmi, ki so manjše od 10 mm, in z – ocenjeno hitrostjo, ki je manjša od periferne hitrosti plošče 100 m/s pri ocenjeni zmogljivosti, in – z nazivnim razponom zmogljivosti plošče od 55 mm do 410 mm. Ti stroji so namenjeni rezanju materialov, kot so kovine, beton, zid, steklo in ploščice; Ta standard ne velja za: - brusilnike, peskalnike ali polirnike, tudi če so lahko predelani v rezalnike, ki so zajeti v IEC 60754-2-3; - krožne žage, ki so zajete v IEC 60745-2-5.

This amendment A11 modifies the European Standard EN 60745-2-22:2011; it was approved by CENELEC on
2012-12-17. CENELEC members are bound to comply with the CEN/CENELEC Internal Regulations which
stipulate the conditions for giving this amendment the status of a national standard without any alteration.

Up-to-date lists and bibliographical references concerning such national standards may be obtained on
application to the CEN-CENELEC Management Centre or to any CENELEC member.

This amendment exists in three official versions (English, French, German). A version in any other language
made by translation under the responsibility of a CENELEC member into its own language and notified to the
CEN-CENELEC Management Centre has the same status as the official versions.

3 Terms and definitions
Add the following definition:

wall chaser
tool driving a rotating spindle, with a guide plate or guide roller or similar means, on which one or
more diamond wheels are mounted and used for non-through cutting operations by peripheral
grinding
6 Environmental requirements
Replace the existing 6.1.2.4 and 6.1.2.5 by the following:
6.1.2.4 Modification:
Cut-off machines and wall chasers are held and used as specified in 6.1.2.5.
For cut-off machines and wall chasers, the concrete block, its support and the tool shall be so arranged
that the geometric centre of the tool is 1 m above the reflecting plane, see Figure Z102 (dimension “y”)
and Figure Z104.
For cut-off machines, the centre of the 200 mm projecting end of the concrete slab shall be located
under the top microphone.
