Alarm systems - Intrusion and hold-up systems - Part 12: Methods and requirements for setting and unsetting of Intruder Alarm Systems (IAS)

This Technical Specification provides recommendations for those methods of setting and unsetting an Intrusion Alarm System (IAS) complying with EN 50131-1 that will reduce unwanted alarms arising from "operator error" in setting and unsetting the IAS and provide confidence that the conditions in which the system is installed are conducive to system reliability during the "set" period. This document details optional methods by which these goals may be achieved, either in isolation, or in conjunction with verification methods. These recommendations should be incorporated into the respective standards in the EN 50131 series. This Technical Specification also provides (in Annex A) recommendations for equipment and (in Annex C) associated test requirements, in order to permit the manufacture of standardized equipment to provide the functionality needed by an IAS to meet these recommendations. NOTE This standard includes requirements that are additional to those in EN 50131-1 which are relevant when the respective method of setting and unsetting is implemented.

Diese Technische Spezifikation gibt Empfehlungen für die Verfahren zur Scharf- und Unscharfschaltung einer Einbruchmeldeanlage (EMA) nach EN 50131 1, durch die sich die Anzahl unerwünschter Alarme, die durch Bedienfehler bei der Scharf- und Unscharfschaltung der EMA entstehen, verringert und durch die Vertrauen geschaffen wird, dass die Bedingungen, unter denen die Anlage installiert wird, zur Zuverlässigkeit der Anlage während des Zeitraums der Scharfschaltung beitragen. In diesem Dokument sind wählbare Verfahren detailliert beschrieben, mit denen diese Ziele entweder für sich genommen oder in Verbindung mit Verifizierungsverfahren erreicht werden können. Diese Empfehlungen sollten in die entsprechenden Normen der Normenreihe EN 50131 aufgenommen wer-den. Diese Technische Spezifikation legt außerdem Empfehlungen für die Ausrüstungen (in Anhang A) und die zugehörigen Prüfanforderungen (in Anhang C) fest, um die Herstellung genormter Ausrüstungen zu ermögli-chen, welche die Funktionalität bieten, die von einer EMA benötigt wird, um diesen Empfehlungen zu ent-sprechen. ANMERKUNG Diese Norm enthält Anforderungen, die die Anforderungen in EN 50131 1 ergänzen und maßgebend sind, wenn das entsprechende Verfahren zur Scharf- und Unscharfschaltung umgesetzt wird.

Ta tehnična specifikacija podaja priporočila za metode vklapljanja in izklapljanja sistemov za javljanje vloma (IAS) v skladu s standardom EN 50131-1, ki bodo zmanjšali neželene alarme, ki izvirajo iz »napake upravljavca«, in zagotavljajo, da so pogoji, v katerih je sistem vzpostavljen, skladni s pogoji, ki med časom »nastavitve« zagotavljajo zanesljivost.
