Ta evropski standard določa zahteve in preskuse za sisteme kabelskih korit (CTS) in sisteme kabelskih cevi (CDS), namenjene za namestitev in po potrebi električno zaščitno ločevanje izoliranih vodnikov, kablov in morda druge električne opreme ter inštalacij električnih in/ali komunikacijskih sistemov. Največja napetost teh inštalacij je 1000 V izmenične napetosti in 1500 V enosmerne napetosti. Ta standard se ne uporablja za sisteme kanalov, polic, lestvic, verige za prenos energije ali opremo, ki jo obravnavajo drugi standardi. Pričujoči 1. del se uporablja skupaj z ustreznim 2. delom za posebne zahteve.

This amendment A1 modifies the European Standard EN 50085-1:2005; it was approved by CENELEC on 2013-

05-20. CENELEC members are bound to comply with the CEN/CENELEC Internal Regulations which stipulate

the conditions for giving this amendment the status of a national standard without any alteration.

Up-to-date lists and bibliographical references concerning such national standards may be obtained on

application to the CEN-CENELEC Management Centre or to any CENELEC member.

This amendment exists in three official versions (English, French, German). A version in any other language

made by translation under the responsibility of a CENELEC member into its own language and notified to the

CEN-CENELEC Management Centre has the same status as the official versions.

7 Marking and documentation
In 7.1, replace the two following paragraphs:

“When system components other than trunking length, ducting length and apparatus mounting device are

supplied in a package, it is sufficient to mark the product identification on the smallest supplied package, the

manufacturer's or responsible vendor's name or trade mark or identification mark being marked on the

product.

When it is not possible to have a legible marking on small components, due to the small size of the item, it is

sufficient to place these markings on the smallest supplied package.”
with

“When system components other than trunking length, ducting length and apparatus mounting device are

supplied in a package and it is not feasible to have both markings legible due to the small size of the item

- if only one legible marking is feasible, it is sufficient to mark the product identification on the smallest

In 7.1, replace the NOTE with the following:

Flame propagating system component shall be clearly identified as being flame propagating on the system

component and on the smallest supplied package or label.

When it is not feasible to have this identification mean on small system components, due to the small size of

the item, it is sufficient to place this identification mean on the smallest supplied package.

32 electrically protective separation between circuits in one compartment and circuits located in other

33 compartments. The electrically protective separation shall be achieved by one of the following

34 methods:
35 – supplementary insulation, or
36 – electrically protective screening.

37 9.11.2 Internal protective partition shall prevent unintentional physical contact between the

38 separated circuits in normal use.

39 Compliance is checked on assembly or assemblies made of one or more trunking lengths or ducting

40 lengths of 250 mm ± 5 mm with the relevant system component, if any, to fulfil the various purposes of

41 the system.

42 As a general requirement, the maximum straight length of any gap in the partition shall be less than

43 12,5 mm, unless any gap having a straight length of at least 12,5 mm has
