NOTE  Rationale for this corrigendum: The requirement in 8.3 is intended to permit the marking of all wheel
diameters (both in mm and in inch) which represent basically the same wheel size. Most of these diameter pairs
differ by approximately 2 %, because they are either a multiple of 1” (25,4 mm) or a multiple of 25 mm. However,
for 8” wheels (216 mm), the common size in mm is 210 mm. And for 12” (304,8 mm), the common size in mm is
315 mm.
To cover these pairs, the factor 0,975 is to be reduced to 0,96.
