Foreword
ISO (the International Organization for Standardization) is a worldwide federation of national standards bodies
(ISO member bodies). The work of preparing International Standards is normally carried out through ISO
technical committees. Each member body interested in a subject for which a technical committee has been
established has the right to be represented on that committee. International organizations, governmental and

This final draft International Standard is a draft standard developed within the European Committee for
Standardization (CEN) and processed under the CEN-lead mode of collaboration as defined in the Vienna
Agreement. Following parallel ISO member body voting and CEN enquiry on the DIS, this final draft,
established on the basis of comments received, has been transmitted by CEN to ISO for preparation and
circulation for a parallel two-month FDIS vote in ISO and formal vote in CEN.
Positive votes shall not be accompanied by comments.
Negative votes shall be accompanied by the relevant technical reasons.

aux comités techniques de l'ISO. Chaque comité membre intéressé par une étude a le droit de faire partie du

TRAITEMENT PARALLÈLE ISO/CEN
Le présent projet final de Norme internationale est un projet de norme élaboré dans le cadre du Comité
européen de normalisation (CEN) et soumis selon le mode de collaboration sous la direction du CEN, tel
que défini dans l'Accord de Vienne. Faisant suite au vote des comités membres de l'ISO et à l'enquête
parallèle au sein du CEN sur le DIS, le présent projet final, établi sur la base des observations reçues, a été
transmis à l'ISO par le CEN en vue d'être préparé et diffusé en parallèle pour vote de deux mois sur le FDIS
au sein de l'ISO et pour vote formel au sein du CEN.
Les votes positifs ne doivent pas être accompagnés d'observations.
Les votes négatifs doivent être accompagnés des arguments techniques pertinents.
