Digital Radio Mondiale (DRM) - System Specification

The present document gives the specification for the Digital Radio Mondiale (DRM) system for digital transmissions in
the broadcasting bands below 300 MHz.
With respect to the previous published version, the present document adds loudness metadata provision and removes
certain options from coding parameters for xHE-AAC audio.
