Machines for the manufacture of constructional products from concrete and calcium-silicate - Safety - Part 3: Slide and turntable machines
This part of EN 12629, taken together with EN 12629-1:2000+A1:2010, applies to machines for the manufacture of constructional products of calcium-silicate or concrete, where the mould(s) is(are) mounted on a turning or slide table. The motive power for compressing the mixture is effected either mechanically (Annexes A, B), or hydraulically (Annexes C and D). EN 12629-1:2000+A1:2010 specifies general requirements applicable to machines for the manufacture of constructional products from concrete and calcium-silicate. This document specifies the additional requirements to and/or the deviations from EN 12629-1:2000+A1:2010 specific to the machines it covers. This European Standard deals with all significant hazards pertinent to these machines, when they are used as intended and under conditions of misuse which are reasonably foreseeable by the manufacturer (see Clause 4). This European Standard specifies the appropriate technical measures to eliminate or reduce risks arising from the significant hazards." This European Standard applies to the machines from the point at which the mixture enters the machine (see point 1 of annexes A, B, C, D) and the point where the pallets for concrete products are brought to the assembly (see point 8 at annexes C and D) until the point where the green products are removed from the machine to the curing system (see point 2 of annexes A, B, C, D). This European Standard deals with the hazards listed in Clause 4 which can arise during the operation and maintenance, including the interfaces, of the slide and turntable machines, when carried out in accordance with the specifications given by the manufacturer or his authorised representative. This standard establishes safety requirements and/or methods of protection which apply to these machines.

1.1 Diese Norm gilt für Maschinen zur Herstellung von Bauprodukten aus Beton oder Kalksandsteinmassen, sofern eine oder mehrere Formen in die Dreh- oder Schiebetisch-Maschine eingebaut sind. Die Verdichtung der Mischung wird entweder mechanisch (Anhänge A, B) oder hydraulisch (Anhänge C, D) betrieben.
1.2 Diese Norm behandelt alle signifikanten Gefährdungen, Gefährdungssituationen und Gefährdungsereignisse, die auf diese Maschinen zutreffen, wenn sie bestimmungsgemäß und entsprechend den vorhersehbaren Bedingungen des Herstellers verwendet werden (siehe Abschnitt 4). Diese Norm spezifiziert die entsprechenden technischen Maßnahmen zur Beseitigung oder Reduzierung der Risiken, die von diesen Gefährdungen ausgehen.
1.3 Der Geltungsbereich dieser Norm beginnt für diese Maschinen bei der Zuführung der Mischung (siehe Punkt 1, Anhänge A, B, C, D), der Zuführung der Paletten für die Betonprodukte (siehe Punkt 8, Anhänge C, D) und endet an der Stelle, an der die Paletten mit den frischen Produkten die Anlage zur weiteren Verarbeitung verlassen (siehe Punkt 2, Anhänge A, B, C, D).
1.4 Diese Norm behandelt nicht die Anforderungen zur Verminderung von Gefährdungen durch mechanische, elektrische, pneumatische, hydraulische oder andere Bauteile oder Maschinen, die in den Normen für ihre allgemeine Verwendung (Typ A, B1 und B2-Normen) behandelt sind.
1.5 Diese Norm behandelt die in Abschnitt 4 aufgeführten Gefährdungen, außer Gefährdungen durch Lärm ), die während des Betriebs und der Wartung von Schiebe- und Drehtischmaschinen einschließlich der Schnittstellen auftreten können, wenn sie entsprechend den Angaben des Herstellers oder seines bevollmächtigten Vertreters betrieben werden.
ANMERKUNG Eine Änderung ist in Vorbereitung, die Lärm behandelt sowie insbesondere Maßnahmen zur Lärmminderung an der Quelle und ein Geräuschmessverfahren einschließlich der Angabe von Geräuschemissionswerten.

Ta del EN 12629 skupaj z EN 12629-1:2000+A1:2010 velja za stroje za izdelavo gradbenih proizvodov iz apnenega peščenca ali betona, pri katerih so kalupi nameščeni na vrtljivi ali drsni mizi. EN 12629-3:2002+A1:2010 (E) 4 Introduction !This European Standard is a Type C-standard as stated in EN ISO 12100. The machinery concerned and the extent to which hazards, hazardous situation and events are covered are indicated in the scope of this document.
When provisions of this type C document are different from those, which are stated in type A or B documents, the provisions of this type C document take precedence over the provisions of the other documents, for machines that have been designed and built according to the provisions of this type C document.
This document specifies the additional requirements to and/or the deviations from EN 12629-1:2000+A1:2010 specific for the slide and turntable machines as described in 1.1. With the aim of clarifying the intentions of the document it should be noticed that the following assumptions were made when producing it: specific conditions of use or environmental conditions out of the scope of the document shall be the subject of negotiations between the manufacturer and the user/owner, the equipment will only be used by competent and designated persons,
