Royal jelly -- Specifications

This International Standard specifies the production and sanitary requirements for royal jelly
and establishes a series of organoleptic and chemical test methods to control royal jelly quality. It
also specifies the requirements of transport, storage, packaging and marking for royal jelly. This
International Standard applies to the royal jelly production (collecting, preliminary processing and
packaging) and trade links. This International Standard is not applicable to royal jelly products in
which other foods are mixed.

Gelée royale -- Spécifications

ISO 12824:2016 sp�cifie les exigences de production et les r�gles sanitaires pour la gel�e royale et �tablit une s�rie de m�thodes d'analyses organoleptiques et chimiques pour contr�ler la qualit� de la gel�e royale. Elle sp�cifie �galement les exigences de transport, de stockage, d'emballage et d'�tiquetage de la gel�e royale. La pr�sente Norme internationale s'applique � la production de gel�e royale (r�colte, traitement pr�liminaire et emballage) et aux liens commerciaux. Elle ne s'applique pas aux produits � base de gel�e royale dans lesquels d'autres aliments sont m�lang�s.

Matični mleček - Specifikacije

Ta mednarodni standard določa proizvodne in sanitarne zahteve za matični mleček ter vzpostavlja skupino organoleptičnih in kemijskih preskusnih metod za nadzor kakovosti matičnega mlečka. Določa tudi zahteve za prevoz, shranjevanje, pakiranje in označevanje matičnega mlečka. Ta mednarodni standard se uporablja za proizvodnjo matičnega mlečka (zbiranje, predhodna obdelava in pakiranje) in trgovske povezave. Ta mednarodni standard se ne uporablja za izdelke iz matičnega mlečka,
katerim so dodana druga živila.
