Fibre-reinforced plastic composites - Declaration of raw material characteristics - Part 1: General requirements

This European Standard specifies the minimum general information to be declared for materials to be used for manufacturing fibre-reinforced plastic composites products. This document includes requirements for the Certificate of Analysis (CoA). The purpose of the CoA is to verify that material properties and quality conform to the declared values. This part of the standard is applicable to resins, curing systems, additives and modifiers, fibres, fabrics and core materials. The current version of the standard includes the following: - the thermoset resins polyesters and vinyl esters; - glass and carbon fibres; - knitted/stitched fabrics; - foam core and balsa core.

Dieser Teil der Norm legt die allgemeinen Mindestangaben für Werkstoffe fest, die zur Herstellung von Produkten aus faserverstärkten Kunststoffverbundwerkstoffen verwendet werden.
Dieses Dokument enthält Anforderungen an das Analysenzertifikat (CoA). Zweck des CoA ist es zu verifizieren, dass die Werkstoffeigenschaften und die Qualität den angegebenen Werten entsprechen.
Dieser Teil der Norm gilt für Harze, Aushärtungssysteme, Zusatzstoffe und Modifizierer sowie für Fasern, Gewebe und Kernwerkstoffe. Die aktuelle Fassung der Norm enthält Folgendes:
-   duroplastische Polyesterharze und Vinylesterharze;
-   Glas- und Kohlenstofffasern;
-   Gestricke/Nähgewirke;
-   Schaumkern- und Balsaholz Kernwerkstoffe.

La présente partie de la norme spécifie les informations générales minimales devant être déclarées pour les matériaux destinés à être utilisés pour la fabrication de produits en composites plastiques renforcés de fibres.
Le présent document contient les exigences relatives au certificat d'analyse (CA). Le CA a pour but de confirmer que les propriétés et la qualité des matériaux sont conformes aux valeurs déclarées.
La présente partie de la norme est applicable aux résines, aux systèmes de polymérisation, aux additifs et modificateurs, aux fibres, aux tissus et aux matériaux d’âme. La version actuelle de la norme inclut les éléments suivants :
-   les polyesters et esters vinyliques de résines thermodurcies ;
-   les fibres de verre et de carbone ;
-   les tricots/tissus cousus ;
-   les âmes de mousse et de balsa.

Ta evropski standard določa minimalne splošne informacije, ki morajo biti navedene za materiale, ki se uporabljajo za izdelavo izdelkov iz z vlakni ojačenih kompozitnih polimernih materialov. Ta dokument vključuje zahteve za potrdilo o analizi (CoA). Namen potrdila o analizi je overitev, da so lastnosti materialov in kakovost skladni z deklariranimi vrednostmi. Ta del standarda se uporablja za smole, sisteme strjevanja, dodatke in modifikatorje, vlakna, tkanine ter osrednje materiale. Trenutna različica standarda vključuje naslednje: – termoaktivne smole poliestrov in vinil estrov; – steklena in karbonska vlakna; – pletene/šivane tkanine; – osrednja pena in balsa.

This European Standard shall be given the status of a national standard, either by publication of an identical text or by endorsement, at the latest by October 2013, and conflicting national standards shall be withdrawn at the latest by October 2013.
