Diese Internationale Norm legt die Anforderungen für den Anschluß von Drehantrieben an Armaturen fest. In dieser Internationalen Norm steht "Stellantrieb" für "Stellantrieb und/oder Getriebe". Festgelegt werden - diejenigen Maße der Flansche, die für den Anschluß von Antrieben an Industriearmaturen notwendig sind (siehe Bild 1), - diejenigen Maße der antreibenden Teile von Stellantrieben, die notwendig sind, um diese mit den angetriebenen Teilen zu verbinden, - Bezugswerte für Drehmoment und Schubkraft für Flansche mit den in dieser Norm festgelegten Abmessungen.

La présente Norme internationale prescrit les exigences de raccordement des actionneurs multitours aux appareils de robinetterie industrielle. Tout au long de la présente Norme internationale, le terme «actionneur» peut être compris comme «actionneur et/ou boîtier de transmission». Elle prescrit -- les dimensions des embases nécessaires au raccordement des actionneurs aux robinets industriels d'usage général (voir figure 1); -- les dimensions des éléments d'entraînement des actionneurs nécessaires à leur accouplement aux éléments entraînés; -- les valeurs de référence des couples pour les embases ayant les dimensions prescrites dans la présente Norme internationale.
NOTE 1: L'ISO 5211 prescrit les exigences de raccordement des actionneurs à fraction de tour aux appareils de robinetterie.

Foreword
IS0 (the International Organization for Standardization) is a worldwide
federation of national standards bodies (IS0 member bodies). The work
of preparing International Standards is normally carried out through IS0
technical committees. Each member body interested in a subject for
which a technical committee has been established has the right to be
represented on that committee. International organizations, govern-
mental and non-governmental, in liaison with ISO, also take part in the
work. IS0 collaborates closely with the International Electrotechnical
Commission (IEC) on all matters of electrotechnical standardization.

ISO/TC 153, Valves, Sub-Committee SC 2, Valve actuator attachment.
This first edition cancels and replaces the first editions of
IS0 5210~I:1977 IS0 5210-2:1979 and IS0 5210-3:1982, of which it con-
stitutes a consolidation and technical revision.
