Steel strip sheaths for prestressing tendons - Terminology, requirements, quality control

This Stnadard is applicable to uncoated cylindrical steel sheaths with a corrugated profile and with a nominal internal diameter of up to 130 mm and their connectors (couplers) which are assembled to form ducts for prestressing tendons in post-tensioned prestressed concrete elements. It applies only to sheaths and connectors made of interlocked or welded strip. The seals required between sheaths and couplers are not covered by this standard.

Hüllrohre aus Bandstahl für Spannglieder - Begriffe, Anforderungen, Güteüberwachung

Diese europäische Norm gilt für unbeschichtete kreisförmige Hüllrohre mit wendelförmiger Profilierung bis zu einer Nennweite von 130 mm sowie deren Verbindungsteile (Muffen), die als Spannkanal für Spannglieder in Spannbetonbauteilen mit nachträglichem Verbund verwendet werden. Sie gilt nur für Hüllrohre und deren Verbindungsteile die durch Falzen oder Schweissen aus Bandstahl hergestellt werden. Die erforderlichen Abdichtungen von Verbindungsteilen und Hüllrohren sind nicht Gegenstand dieser Norm.

La présente norme européenne s'applique a des gaines cylindriques non revetues a nervures d'un diametre nominal intérieur de 130 mm maximum et leurs raccords (manchons de raccordement) qui sont assemblés pour former des conduits destinés a des câbles de précontrainte dans des éléments en béton précontraint par post-tension. La présente norme est uniquement applicable aux gaines et aux raccords en feuillard d'acier soudés ou agrafés. L'étanchéité exigée entre les gaines et les raccords n'est pas couverte par la présente norme.
