Floating leisure articles for use on and in the water - Part 7: Additional specific safety requirements and test methods for class E devices (ISO 25469-7:2017)

This European Standard is applicable for CLASS E floating leisure articles for use on and in water according to EN 15649-1 regardless whether the buoyancy is achieved by inflation or inherent buoyant material.
This document (EN 15649-7) is applicable with EN 15649-1 and EN 15649-2.
Class E devices are intended for use in bathing areas or in protected and safe shore zones.

ISO 25649-7:2017 est applicable aux articles de loisirs flottants de Classe E à utiliser sur ou dans l'eau conformément à l'ISO 25649‑1, dont la flottabilité est assurée par gonflage ou par un matériau ayant une flottabilité propre.
ISO 25649-7:2017 est applicable conjointement à l'ISO 25649‑1 et à l'ISO 25649‑2.
Les articles de Classe E sont destinés à être utilisés dans des zones de baignade ou dans des zones côtières protégées et sûres.
NOTE 1    Produits typiques constituant la Classe E (voir l'Annexe F):
-      bateaux gonflables à rames ou à pagaies de forme presque ovale, avec ou sans tableau arrière;
-      canoës et kayaks;
-      bateaux gonflables fabriqués à l'aide de feuilles de matière plastique ou de matériaux renforcés;
-      en option: bloc moteur/équipement de voilure.
NOTE 2    Lieux d'utilisation typiques des dispositifs de Classe E:
-      aller d'un point A à un point B pour le plaisir;
-      rester sur l'eau pour se relaxer;
-      aller du rivage jusqu'à l'embarcation principale, transport de personnes et de charge (bateau annexe).

Ta evropski standard se uporablja za plavajoče pripomočke za prosti čas, razvrščene v RAZRED E, ki se uporabljajo na vodi in v njej v skladu s standardom EN 15649-1, ne glede na to, ali je plovnost dosežena z napihovanjem ali plovnim materialom. Ta dokument (EN 15649-7) se uporablja s standardoma EN 15649-1 in EN 15649-2. Pripomočki razreda E so namenjeni uporabi na kopališčih ali na zavarovanih in zaščitenih delih obale.

This document (EN ISO 25649-7:2017) has been prepared by Technical Committee ISO/TC 83 “Sports
and other recreational facilities and equipment” in collaboration with Technical Committee
CEN/TC 136 “Sports, playground and other recreational facilities and equipment” the secretariat of
which is held by DIN.
This European Standard shall be given the status of a national standard, either by publication of an
identical text or by endorsement, at the latest by April 2018, and conflicting national standards shall be
withdrawn at the latest by April 2018.
Attention is drawn to the possibility that some of the elements of this document may be the subject of
patent rights. CEN shall not be held responsible for identifying any or all such patent rights.
This document supersedes EN 15649-7:2009.

Dieser Europäische Norm-Entwurf wird den CEN-Mitgliedern zur parallelen Umfrage vorgelegt. Er wurde vom Technischen Komitee
CEN/TC 136 erstellt.
Wenn aus diesem Norm-Entwurf eine Europäische Norm wird, sind die CEN-Mitglieder gehalten, die CEN-Geschäftsordnung zu erfüllen, in
