ABSTRACT
This specification provides the design and dimensional requirements for the construction of steel staples, handgrabs, and handles that are for use on steel structures including all parts of a ships' structure as necessary, as well as individual stirrup rungs that are for use on bulkheads or structures as deemed necessary.
