ABSTRACT
This specification covers standardization of pipe sizes and thread types used to join impervious graphite pipe and fittings. This specification may also be applied to impervious carbon pipe and fittings. Physical dimensions of impervious graphite and carbon pipes and threads shall be within the limits indicated in this specification.
SCOPE
1.1 This specification covers the standardization of the pipe sizes and types of threads used to join impervious graphite pipe and fittings. The thread standards may also be applied to impervious carbon pipe and fittings. It is limited to physical dimensions.
