Aerospace series - Metallic materials - Micrographic determination of content of non-metallic inclusions

This document specifies the general requirements for the micrographic determination of content of non-metallic inclusions of metallic materials for aerospace applications.
It also gives tables of standard acceptance criteria for particular steel types.
It shall be applied when referred to in the EN technical specification or material standard unless otherwise specified on the drawing, order or inspection schedule.
This document is mainly applicable to steel but may be used on other metallic materials.
This document is not normally applicable to austenitic corrosion resisting steel, other than precipitation hardening, or to free-machining steel unless invoked in the material standards.

Dieses Dokument legt die allgemeinen Anforderungen an die mikrographische Bestimmung des Gehalts an nichtmetallischen Einschlüssen in metallischen Werkstoffen für Anwendungen in der Luft- und Raumfahrt fest.
Es enthält auch Tabellen der Standard-Abnahmekriterien für bestimmte Stahltypen.
Es muss angewendet werden, wenn auf das Dokument in EN-Werkstoffnormen oder Technischen Lieferbedingungen verwiesen wird, sofern in der Zeichnung, Bestellung oder Prüfanweisung keine anderslautenden Festlegungen angegeben sind.
Dieses Dokument ist in erster Linie auf Stahl anwendbar, kann jedoch auch für andere metallische Werkstoffe verwendet werden.
Dieses Dokument ist üblicherweise nicht auf austenitische korrosionsbeständige Stähle — ausgenommen aushärtbare — oder Automatenstähle anwendbar, es sei denn, es wird in den Werkstoffnormen herangezogen.

Le présent document spécifie les exigences générales pour la détermination par micrographie de la distribution d’inclusions non métalliques de matériaux métalliques pour applications aérospatiales.
Elle donne également des tableaux de critères d’acceptation de la norme pour des types d’acier particuliers.
Elle doit être appliquée lorsqu'elle est mentionnée dans la spécification technique EN ou la norme matériau, sauf indication contraire dans le schéma, la commande ou le calendrier d'inspections.
Le présent document s’applique principalement à l’acier, mais peut être utilisée sur d’autres matériaux métalliques.
Le présent document n'est normalement pas applicable aux aciers austénitiques résistants à la corrosion autres que les durcissables par précipitation ou des aciers de décolletage sauf indication dans les normes de matériaux.

Ta dokument določa splošne zahteve za mikrografsko ugotavljanje deleža nekovinskih vključkov v kovinskih materialih za uporabo v aeronavtiki.
Prav tako podaja tabele standardnih kriterijev sprejemljivosti za posamezne vrste jekla.
Uporabljati ga je treba, kadar se nanj sklicuje v tehnični specifikaciji ali standardu EN za materiale, razen če je na risbi, v naročilu ali v razporedu pregledov navedeno drugače.
Ta dokument se uporablja predvsem za jeklo, vendar se lahko uporabi tudi za druge kovinske materiale.
Ta dokument se običajno ne uporablja za avstenitno jeklo, odporno na korozijo, razen za izločevalno
utrjeno ali avtomatno jeklo, če to ni izpostavljeno v standardu za materiale.
