Zinc or zinc alloy coated non-alloy steel wire for armouring either power cables or telecommunication cables - Part 2: Submarine cables

This Part of this European Standard specifies requirements for the properties of non-alloy zinc or zinc alloy coated steel wires used for the armouring of either submarine power and telecommunication cables in diameters ranging from 2,12 to 8,50 mm. The nominal wire diameters are specified in tables 2,3 and 4.

Der vorliegende Teil dieser Europäischen Norm legt Anforderungen für die Eigenschaften von mit Zink oder Zinklegierung überzogenen Stahldrähten in einem Durchmesserbereich von 2,12 mm bis 8,50 mm fest, der zur Bewehrung von Strom- und Fernmeldekabeln für Unterseeverlegung verwendet wird. Die Drahtnenndurchmesser sind in den Tabellen 2, 3 und 4 angegeben.

La présente partie de la norme européenne prescrit les caractéristiques des fils en acier non allié revêtus de zinc ou d'alliage de zinc, dans la gamme de diamètres allant de 2,12 mm à 8,50 mm, pour l'armure des câbles sous-marins pour transport d'énergie ou pour les télécommunications. Les diamètres nominaux des fils sont spécifiés aux tableaux 2,3 et 4.
