Metallic powders, excluding powders for hardmetals - Determination of compressibility in uniaxial compression (ISO 3927:2011)

ISO 3927:2011 specifies methods for measuring the extent to which a metallic powder is compacted when subjected to uniaxial compressive loading in a confining die under specified conditions.
The method is not applicable to powders for hardmetals.

Diese Internationale Norm legt Verfahren zur Bestimmung der Verdichtbarkeit eines metallischen Pulvers bei
einachsigem Pressen in einer Pressmatrize unter festgelegten Bedingungen fest.
Das Verfahren ist nicht auf Hartmetallpulver anwendbar.

L'ISO 3927:2011 spécifie des méthodes de mesure de l'aptitude d'une poudre métallique à être comprimée lorsqu'elle est soumise dans une matrice à une charge de compression uniaxiale dans des conditions déterminées.
La méthode ne s'applique pas aux poudres pour métaux-durs.

Kovinski praški razen praškov za trdine - Ugotavljanje stisljivosti z enoosno kompresijo (ISO 3927:2011)

Ta mednarodni standard določa metodo za merjenje obsega, do katerega se kovinski prašek stisne, ko se nanj v omejevalni matrici izvaja enoosna kompresijska obremenitev pod natančno določenimi pogoji. Metoda ne velja za praške za trdine.

This document (EN ISO 3927:2011) has been prepared by Technical Committee ISO/TC 119 "Powder
metallurgy" in collaboration with Technical Committee CEN/TC SS M11 “Powder metallurgy” the secretariat of
which is held by CCMC.
This European Standard shall be given the status of a national standard, either by publication of an identical
text or by endorsement, at the latest by August 2011, and conflicting national standards shall be withdrawn at
the latest by August 2011.
Attention is drawn to the possibility that some of the elements of this document may be the subject of patent
rights. CEN [and/or CENELEC] shall not be held responsible for identifying any or all such patent rights.
This document supersedes EN ISO 3927:2001.
