EN 15074:2014 - Chemicals used for treatment of swimming pool water - Ozone (CEN) is the European standard that specifies the properties, use and safety requirements for ozone used in swimming pool water treatment. The standard describes ozone identification (chemical name O3, relative molecular mass 48, CAS 10028-15-6), typical physical and chemical properties, purity criteria and analytical/test methods. It also sets out rules for safe handling, labelling, transport and storage (see Annex B) and includes informative material on ozone behavior in water (Annex A). EN 15074:2014 supersedes EN 15074:2006.
