Textiles - Quantitative chemical analysis - Part 4: Mixtures of certain protein and certain other fibres (method using hypochlorite) (ISO 1833-4:2006)

ISO 1833-4:2006 specifies a method, using hypochlorite, to determine the percentage of protein fibre, after removal of non-fibrous matter, in textiles made of binary mixtures of certain non-protein fibres and one protein fibre, as follows: wool, chemically-treated wool, other animal-hair fibres, silk, regenerated protein fibres based on casein, and cotton, cupro, viscose, modal, acrylic, chlorofibres, polyamide, polyester, polypropylene, glass and elastane.
If several protein fibres are present, the method gives the total of their amounts but not their individual quantities.

Dieser Teil von ISO 1833 legt ein Hypochlorit-Verfahren zur Bestimmung des prozentualen Anteils an Proteinfasern, nach Abtrennen der nichtfaserigen Begleitstoffe, in Textilien aus binären Fasermischungen aus bestimmten Nichtproteinfasern und einer Proteinfaser aus
- Wolle, chemisch behandelter Wolle, weiterer Tierhaarfasern, Seide, regenerierter Proteinfasern auf Caseinbasis
und
- Baumwolle, Cupro, Viskose, Modal, Polyacryl, Chlorfasern, Polyamid, Polyester, Polypropylen, Glas und Elastan fest. Wenn verschiedene Proteinfasern vorhanden sind, gibt das Verfahren deren Gesamtmenge, jedoch nicht die einzelnen Mengen an.

L'ISO 1833-4:2006 spécifie une méthode de détermination, à l'hypochlorite, du pourcentage de fibres protéiniques, après élimination des matières non fibreuses, dans les textiles composés de mélanges binaires de certaines fibres non protéiniques et d'une fibre protéinique, comme suit: laine, laine traitée chimiquement, autres poils d'animaux, soie, fibres protéiniques régénérées à base de caséine avec coton, cupro, viscose, modal, acrylique, chlorofibres, polyamide, polyester, polypropylène, verre textile et élasthanne.
Si plusieurs fibres protéiniques sont présentes, la méthode fournit leur quantité globale et non leurs pourcentages individuels.

Ta del standarda ISO 1833 določa metodo z uporabo hipoklorita za ugotavljanje odstotne vrednosti proteinskih vlaken po odstranitvi nevlakenske snovi v tekstilijah iz dvokomponentnih mešanic nekaterih neproteinskih vlaken z enim proteinskim vlaknom, in je naslednja: - volna, kemično obdelana volna, druga vlakna živalskega izvora, svila, regenerirana proteinska vlakna iz kazeina in - bombaž, kupro vlakna, viskoza, modalna vlakna, akrilna vlakna, klorovlakna, poliamid, poliester, polipropilen, steklena vlakna in elastan. Če je v mešanici prisotnih več vrst proteinskih vlaken, se s to metodo določi njihova skupna količina, ne pa njihovi posamezni deleži.

International Organization for Standardization (ISO) and has been taken over as EN ISO 1833-4:2010 by
Technical Committee CEN/TC 248 “Textiles and textile products” the secretariat of which is held by BSI.
This European Standard shall be given the status of a national standard, either by publication of an identical
text or by endorsement, at the latest by April 2011, and conflicting national standards shall be withdrawn at the
latest by April 2011.
