Foreword
This European Standard has been prepared by Technical Committee CEN/TC 254 " Flexible sheets for
waterproofing", the secretariat of which is held by BSI.
This document has to be implemented at national level, either by publication of an identical text or by
endorsement, by November 2001, and conflicting national standards have to be withdrawn by July
2002.
According to the CEN/CENELEC Internal Regulations, the national standards organizations of the
following countries are bound to implement this document: Austria, Belgium, the Czech Republic,
