This European Standard specifies the characteristics of flexible 5 kA self-wrapping shielding (EMI) protection sleeves, to be installed inside pressurized areas on electrical cables or cable bundles, made from nickel plated copper strands and PPS (polyphenylene sulfide) monofilament.
Temperature range: - 65 °C to 200 °C.

Ta evropski standard določa značilnosti prožnih samoovojnih zaslonskih (EMI-zaščita 5 kA) zaščitnih obojk, ki se namestijo v območjih pod tlakom na električne kable ali snope kablov in so izdelani iz niti iz ponikljanega bakra ter monofilamenta PPS (polifenilen sulfida).
