Aerospace series - Electrical cables, installation - Protection sleeves - Test methods - Part 503: Temperature rise due to rated current injected on the sleeve

This European Standard specifies a method of assessing the behaviour and temperature increase of EMI protection sleeves or conduits when subject to permanent and/or fault currents in the shielding of the conduit or sleeve material and their effect on the cables within the cable sleeve.
It shall be used together with EN 3475 100.

Diese Europäische Norm legt ein Verfahren zur Bewertung des Verhaltens und des Temperaturanstiegs bei EMI-Schutzschläuchen oder -rohren fest, die dauerhaften und/oder fehlerhaften Strömen in der Schirmung des Rohres oder im Schlauchmaterial ausgesetzt sind, sowie deren Auswirkungen auf die Kabel innerhalb des Schlauches.
Die Norm ist zusammen mit EN 3475-100 anzuwenden.

La présente Norme européenne spécifie une méthode d’évaluation du comportement et de l’augmentation de température des gaines ou des conduits de protection EMI lorsqu’ils sont soumis à des courants permanents et/ou de défaut dans le blindage du matériau du conduit ou de la gaine. Cette méthode permet également d’évaluer l’effet de ces courants sur les câbles à l’intérieur des gaines.
Elle doit être utilisée conjointement avec l’EN 3475-100.

Ta evropski standard določa metodo za oceno obnašanja in dviga temperature zaščitnih obojk ali cevi za preprečevanje elektromagnetnih motenj, ki so izpostavljene trajnemu in/ali okvarnemu toku v zaslonu ter njihov vpliv na kable v obojki.
Uporabljati ga je treba skupaj s standardom EN 3475-100.
