This document defines the origin of recyclate made from pre-consumer waste and post-consumer waste as it is used in new products. It distinguishes between different PVC materials used in production for PVC window and door profiles.
It specifies terms and definitions for different PVC based materials used for the production of unplasticized poly(vinyl chloride) (PVC-U) profiles for windows and doors.
This document serves as the reference standard for definitions used in related standards such as all parts of EN 12608, EN 17410 or standards for PVC based profiles for building applications.

Kunststoffe - Profile aus weichmacherfreiem Polyvinylchlorid (PVC-U) zur Herstellung von Fenstern und Türen - Terminologie von Werkstoffen auf Basis von PVC

Dieses Dokument legt den Ursprung des vom Produktionsabfall und Endverbraucherabfall produzierten Rezyklats fest, welches in neuen Produkten verwendet wird. Es unterscheidet zwischen verschiedenen PVC-Werkstoffen, die zur Herstellung von PVC-Fenster- und Türprofilen verwendet werden.
Es legt die Begriffe für verschiedene Werkstoffe auf PVC-Basis fest, die für die Herstellung von Profilen aus weichmacherfreiem Polyvinylchlorid (PVC U) für Fenster und Türen verwendet werden.
Dieses Dokument dient als Bezugsnorm für Definitionen, die in verwandten Normen, wie z. B. allen Teilen von EN 12608, EN 17410 oder Normen für Profile auf PVC-Basis im Bauwesen, verwendet werden.
ANMERKUNG   Eine Veranschaulichung des PVC-Materialstroms ist Anhang A in EN 17410:—  zu entnehmen.

Le présent document définit l'origine du recyclat fabriqué à partir de déchets pré-consommation et post-consommation tel qu'il est utilisé dans de nouveaux produits. Ce document fait une distinction entre les différents matériaux PVC utilisés dans la fabrication des profilés de fenêtres et portes en PVC.
Il spécifie les termes et définitions des différents matériaux à base de PVC utilisés pour la production de profilés en poly(chlorure de vinyle) non plastifié (PVC U) pour les fenêtres et portes.
Le présent document sert de norme de référence pour les définitions utilisées dans les normes associées, notamment toutes les parties de l’EN 12608, l’EN 17410 ou les normes relatives aux profilés à base de PVC pour les applications dans le bâtiment.

secretariat of which is held by NBN.
