Textiles - Determination of the slippage resistance of yarns at a seam in woven fabrics - Part 3: Needle clamp method (ISO 13936-3:2005)

ISO 13936-3:2004 describes a method for the determination of the resistance offered by the yarns of a woven fabric to slippage while being held in a needle clamp under conditions of stress.
ISO 13936-3:2004 provides a means to negate variations introduced by seam preparation or sewing thread variation that can have a marked influence on test results.
ISO 13936-3:2004 is not applicable to stretch fabrics or for industrial fabric, e.g. beltings.

Vorwort
Der Text von ISO 13936-3:2005 wurde vom Technischen Komitee ISO/TC 38 „Textil“ der Internationalen Organisation für Normung (ISO) erarbeitet und als EN ISO 13936-3:2007 durch das Technische Komitee CEN/TC 248 „Textilien und textile Erzeugnisse“ übernommen, dessen Sekretariat vom BSI gehalten wird.
Diese Europäische Norm muss den Status einer nationalen Norm erhalten, entweder durch Veröffentlichung eines identischen Textes oder durch Anerkennung bis August 2007, und etwaige entgegenstehende nationale Normen müssen bis August 2007 zurückgezogen werden.
Entsprechend der CEN/CENELEC-Geschäftsordnung sind die nationalen Normungsinstitute der folgenden Länder gehalten, diese Europäische Norm zu übernehmen: Belgien, Bulgarien, Dänemark, Deutschland, Estland, Finnland, Frankreich, Griechenland, Irland, Island, Italien, Lettland, Litauen, Luxemburg, Malta, Niederlande, Norwegen, Österreich, Polen, Portugal, Rumänien, Schweden, Schweiz, Slowakei, Slowenien, Spanien, Tschechische Republik, Ungarn, Vereinigtes Königreich und Zypern.

Der Text von ISO 13936-3:2005 wurde vom CEN als EN ISO 13936-3:2007 ohne irgendeine Abänderung genehmigt.
1Anwendungsbereich
Dieser Teil der ISO 13936 beschreibt ein Verfahren zur Bestimmung des Schiebewiderstandes von Garne in einer Gewebenaht, während diese in einer Nadelklemme unter Spannung gehalten wird.
Dieses Verfahren bietet die Möglichkeit, die durch die Nahtvorbereitung oder das Nähen der Naht eingetragenen Schwankungen aufzuheben, die einen spürbaren Einfluss auf die Prüfergebnisse haben können.
Dieses Verfahren ist weder für hochdehnbare Gewebe noch für technische Gewebe geeignet, z. B. Gurtwaren.
   Dieser Teil der ISO 13936 beschreibt ein Verfahren zur Bestimmung des Schiebewiderstandes von Garne in einer Gewebenaht, während diese in einer Nadelklemme unter Spannung gehalten wird.

Textiles - Détermination de la résistance au glissement des fils de couture dans les tissus - Partie 3: Méthode de la griffe (ISO 13936-3:2005)

L'ISO 13936-3:2005 décrit une méthode pour déterminer la résistance au glissement des fils d'un tissu maintenu sous contrainte dans une mâchoire à griffe.
L'ISO 13936-3:2005 fournit un moyen de supprimer les variables introduites par la préparation d'une couture ou par des variations du fil de couture, qui peuvent avoir une influence marquée sur les résultats d'essai.
L'ISO 13936-3:2005 n'est pas applicable aux étoffes élastiques ni aux étoffes industrielles, par exemple aux courroies.

The text of ISO 13936-3:2005 has been prepared by Technical Committee ISO/TC 38 "Textiles”
of the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) and has been taken over as EN ISO
13936-3:2007 by Technical Committee CEN/TC 248 "Textiles and textile products", the
secretariat of which is held by BSI.

This European Standard shall be given the status of a national standard, either by publication of
an identical text or by endorsement, at the latest by August 2007, and conflicting national
standards shall be withdrawn at the latest by August 2007.

According to the CEN/CENELEC Internal Regulations, the national standards organizations of
the following countries are bound to implement this European Standard: Austria, Belgium,
