This standard defines the size 2 plug used in the family of rectangular electrical connectors for rack to panel, with interchangeable inserts. The receptacle corresponding to this plug is defined in EN 3682 004.

Diese Norm legt den freien Steckverbinder der Größe 2 fest, der in der Familie der elektrischen Rechteck¬steckverbinder für Gestell-Einschubsteckverbinder, mit auswechselbaren Isolierkörpern verwendet wird. Der zugehörige feste Steckverbinder ist in EN 3682 004 festgelegt.
