This standard defines the size 2 receptacle used in the family of rectangular electrical connectors for rack to
panel, with interchangeable inserts. The plug corresponding to this receptacle is defined in EN 3682-005.

Diese Norm legt den festen Steckverbinder der Größe 2 fest, der in der Familie der elektrischen Rechteck-steckverbinder für Gestell-Einschubsteckverbinder mit auswechselbaren Isolierkörpern verwendet wird. Der zu diesem festen Steckverbinder gehörige freie Steckverbinder ist in EN 3682-005 genormt.
