This standard specifies functional requirements (see clause 3) and specific safety requirements (see clause 4). This standard is applicable to 4 types of trampolines intended for use under supervision in addition to the general safety requirements in EN 913, which shall be read in conjunction with this standard. It does not apply to tumble tracks (fast tracks), trampolines and mini-trampolines intended for home use, safety harnesses or other accessories.

Diese Europäische Norm legt funktionelle Anforderungen an 5 Typen von Trampolinen (siehe Abschnitt 3) und besondere sicherheitstechnische Anforderungen (siehe Abschnitt 4) zusätzlich zu den allgemeinen sicherheitstechnischen Anforderungen nach EN 913, die in Verbindung mit dieser Norm gelesen werden muss, fest.
Diese Norm gilt für 5 Typen von Trampolinen für die Benutzung unter Aufsicht, wie in Tabelle 1 dargelegt.
Sie gilt nicht für Trampolin-Bahnen für das Tumbling-Turnen, Trampoline und Minitrampoline im Heimbereich, Sicherheitsgurte oder andere Zubehörteile.

Domaine d'application
La présente norme fixe des exigences fonctionnelles pour cinq types de trampolines (voir article 3) et des exigences spécifiques de sécurité (voir article 4) en complément des exigences générales de sécurité de l'EN 913, cette dernière devant être lue conjointement avec la présente norme.
La présente norme s'applique aux cinq types de trampolines destinés à être utilisés sous surveillance tels que présentés dans le Tableau 1.Elle ne s'applique ni aux pistes d'acrobatie (pistes rapides), ni aux trampolines et mini-trampolines destinés à être utilisés à domicile, ni aux harnais de sécurité ou autres accessoires.
