Heating systems in buildings - Method for calculation of system energy requirements and system efficiencies - Part 4-5: Space heating generation systems, the performance and quality of district heating and large volume systems

This European Standard is part of a set of standards on the method for calculation of system energy requirements and system efficiencies.
The scope of this specific part is to standardise the method of assessing the energy performance of district heating and cooling systems and to define:
-   system borders;
-   required inputs;
-   calculation method;
-   resulting outputs.
The method applies to district heating and cooling systems and any other kind of combined production for space heating and/or cooling and/or domestic hot water purposes.
Primary energy savings and CO2 savings, which can be achieved by district heating systems compared to other systems, are calculated according to prEN 15603.

Diese Europäische Norm ist Teil einer Reihe von Normen zu den Verfahren zur Berechnung des Energie¬bedarfs und der Wirkungsgrade von Systemen.
Der Anwendungsbereich dieses spezifischen Teils behandelt die Normung des Verfahrens zur Bewertung der Gesamtenergieeffizienz von Fernwärme- und -kältesystemen und die Festlegung:
   der Systemgrenzen;
   der erforderlichen Eingangswerte;
   des Berechnungsverfahren;
                der sich ergebenden Ausgabewerte.
Das Verfahren gilt für Fernwärme- und -Kältesysteme und für alle anderen Arten der gekoppelten Erzeugung für die Raumheizung und/oder -kühlung und/oder die Trinkwassererwärmung.
Primärenergie- und CO2-Einsparungen, die durch Fernwärmesysteme im Vergleich zu anderen Systemen erreicht werden können, werden nach prEN 15603 berechnet.

La présente Norme européenne fait partie d’une série de normes sur la méthode de calcul des besoins énergétiques et des rendements des systèmes.
L’objet de cette partie spécifique est de normaliser la méthode d’évaluation de la performance énergétique des systèmes de chauffage et de refroidissement urbains et de définir :
   les limites du système ;
   les données d’entrée requises ;
   la méthode de calcul ;
                les données de sortie obtenues.
La présente méthode s’applique aux systèmes de chauffage et de refroidissement urbains et à tout type de production combinée de chauffage et/ou de refroidissement des locaux et/ou d’eau chaude sanitaire.
Les économies d’énergie primaire et la réduction des émissions de CO2 que permettent les systèmes de chauffage urbain par rapport aux autres systèmes sont calculées conformément au prEN 15603.
