Plastics - Sulfone polymer moulding and extrusion materials - Part 2: Preparation of test specimens and determination of properties (ISO 25137-2:2009)

ISO 25137-2:2009 specifies the methods of preparation of test specimens and the test methods to be used in determining the properties of sulfone polymer moulding and extrusion materials. Requirements for handling test material and for conditioning both the test material before moulding and the specimens before testing are given.
Procedures and conditions for the preparation of test specimens and procedures for measuring properties of the materials from which these specimens are made are given. Properties and test methods which are suitable and necessary to characterize sulfone polymer moulding and extrusion materials are listed.
The properties have been selected from the general test methods in ISO 10350‑1. Other test methods in wide use for, or of particular significance to, these moulding and extrusion materials are also included in this part of ISO 25137, as are the designatory properties specified in Part 1.

1   Anwendungsbereich
1.1   Dieser Teil von ISO 25137 legt die Verfahren zur Herstellung von Probekörpern und die Prüfverfahren zur Bestimmung der Eigenschaften von Sulfonpolymer-Werkstoffen für das Spritzgießen und die Extrusion fest. Anforderungen an die Behandlung des Probematerials und an das Konditionieren des Probematerials sowohl vor dem Formen der Probekörper als auch der Probekörper vor der Prüfung sind enthalten.
1.2   Verfahren und Bedingungen für die Herstellung der Probekörper und Verfahren für die Bestimmung der Eigenschaften der Werkstoffe, aus denen die Probekörper hergestellt werden, sind auch angegeben. Eigenschaften und Prüfverfahren, die anwendbar und notwendig sind, um Sulfonpolymer-Werkstoffen für das Spritzgießen und die Extrusion zu charakterisieren, sind aufgelistet.
1.3   Die Eigenschaften wurden aus den allgemeinen Prüfverfahren in ISO 10350 1 entnommen. Andere weithin gebräuchliche Prüfverfahren oder solche von besonderer Bedeutung für diese Werkstoffe für das Spritzgießen und die Extrusion, wie die in Teil 1 festgelegten kennzeichnenden Eigenschaften, sind ebenfalls in diesem Teil von ISO 25137 enthalten.
1.4   Um reproduzierbare und vergleichbare Prüfergebnisse zu erhalten, ist es notwendig, die Probe-körper¬herstellung und –konditionierung, die Probekörperabmessungen sowie die festgelegten Prüfverfahren wie hier festgelegt anzuwenden. Die gemessenen Werte werden nicht notwendigerweise mit denen identisch sein, die bei Anwendung von Probekörpern anderer Abmessungen oder solchen, die mit einem anderen Verfahren hergestellt wurden, erhalten wurden.

L'ISO 25137-2:2009 spécifie les méthodes de préparation des éprouvettes et les méthodes d'essai qui doivent être utilisées pour la détermination des propriétés des matériaux pour moulage et extrusion à base de polymères sulfone. Les exigences relatives à la manipulation du matériau d'essai et au conditionnement du matériau d'essai avant moulage et des éprouvettes avant essai sont indiquées.
Les modes opératoires et les conditions nécessaires à la préparation des éprouvettes, ainsi que les modes opératoires de mesure des propriétés des matériaux à partir desquels les éprouvettes sont obtenues sont donnés. Les propriétés et méthodes d'essai qui sont utiles et nécessaires pour caractériser les matériaux pour moulage et extrusion à base de polymères sulfone sont énumérées.
Les propriétés ont été sélectionnées parmi les méthodes d'essai générales de l'ISO 10350‑1. D'autres méthodes d'essai largement en usage ou ayant une signification particulière pour ces matériaux pour moulage et extrusion sont aussi incluses dans la présente partie de l'ISO 25137-2:2009; c'est le cas des propriétés de désignation spécifiées dans la Partie 1.
Dans le but d'obtenir des résultats d'essai reproductibles et comparables, il est nécessaire d'utiliser les méthodes de préparation et de conditionnement, les dimensions d'éprouvette ainsi que les modes opératoires d'essai spécifiés ici. Les valeurs déterminées ne seront pas nécessairement identiques à celles obtenues en utilisant des éprouvettes de dimensions différentes ou préparées selon des modes opératoires différents.

Ta del standarda ISO 25137-2:2009 določa metode za pripravo preskušancev in preskusnih metod, ki se uporabljajo za ugotavljanje lastnosti sulfonskih polimernih materialov za brizganje in ekstrudiranje. Podane so zahteve za ravnanje s preskusnim materialom ter za obdelavo preskusnega materiala pred oblikovanjem in obdelavo preskušancev pred preskusom.
Podani so postopki in pogoji za pripravo preskušancev ter postopki za merjenje lastnosti materialov, iz katerih so izdelani preskušanci. Navedene so lastnosti in preskusne metode, ki so primerne in potrebne za opredelitev sulfonskih polimernih materialov za brizganje in ekstrudiranje.
Lastnosti so bile izbrane na podlagi splošnih preskusnih metod iz standarda ISO 10350 1. Druge preskusne metode, ki so v splošni uporabi ali so posebej pomembne za te materiale za brizganje in ekstrudiranje, so prav tako vključene v ta del standarda ISO 25137. Vključene so tudi označevalne lastnosti, ki so določene v 1. delu standarda.

This European Standard shall be given the status of a national standard, either by publication of an identical text or by endorsement, at the latest by July 2017, and conflicting national standards shall be withdrawn at the latest by July 2017.
