Wastewater treatment plants - Part 5: Lagooning processes
This document is applicable to lagoons and specifies the performance requirements for the installation of lagooning processes.
This document applies to wastewater lagooning processes treating municipal wastewater from combined or separate sewage systems and when used as a tertiary treatment.
NOTE Lagoon systems are especially suitable for the treatment of wastewater where large flow variations occur (e.g. arising from surface water connections in the collection system). They are also especially suitable where large load variations occur (e.g. arising from fluctuating seasonal or industrial flows).

Dieses Dokument legt die Leistungsanforderungen für die Installation von Teichanlagen fest.
Dieses Dokument gilt für Abwasserteiche für die Behandlung von kommunalem Abwasser aus Misch- oder Trennsystemen sowie für Teichanlagen, die als dritter Reinigungsteil verwendet werden.
ANMERKUNG Abwasserteichanlagen sind besonders dort zur Abwasserreinigung zweckmäßig, wo starke Volumen
stromschwankungen zu erwarten sind (z.B. aus Niederschlagswasser). Auch dort, wo starke Schwankungen der Stofffracht auftreten, zum Beispiel aus saisonaler Industrie oder Tourismus, sind Abwasserteichsysteme besonders zweckmäßig.

Le présent document est applicable aux lagunes et spécifie les exigences de performances de l’installation de lagunage.
Il s’applique aux procédés de lagunage des eaux usées municipales à partir de réseaux d’assainissement de type unitaire ou séparatif et lorsque le procédé est utilisé en tant que traitement tertiaire.
NOTE Les systèmes de lagunage sont particulièrement adaptés au traitement des eaux usées en cas d’importantes variations du débit (par exemple, dues aux raccordements des eaux de surface dans le système de collecte). Ils sont également particulièrement adaptés en cas d’importantes variations de la charge (par exemple, en raison de fluctuations des débits saisonniers ou industriels).
